Blood blisters in mouth from inhaler
Hi everyone! Having a very bizarre side effect of what I think is being caused by my steroid inhaler! Has anyone experienced blood blisters in their mouth? I just have a very small one on the roof of my mouth.... 😬!!

36 year old with Asthma/COPD
Was diagnosed with Asthma/COPD Overlap (ACOS) in 2019. I am only 36 and it took over 3 years to get a diagnosis, cause the consultants couldn't believe, at my age I had COPD. I am using a Trimbow inhaler (3 therapy inhaler LAMA/LABA/Steroid). I also have rescue inhaler. Only 3 years of having ACOS

Hello, I am new to this forum but I really needed to talk to someone. So, I have stage 4 emphysema. My drs haven't told me anything about the condition. I have either learnt about it from living with it or looked up on the Internet. I have had a test on a machine and that's when the nurse said that I

Latest of vaccination saga..
Asthma nurse rang yesterday querying if I should of been called in group 6, rather than group 9 which I'm currently in. Apparently the query has been sent to the GP (not my request, was hers). Apparently some concerns around my fostair inhaler. Anyways I guess continue to wait and see. On a good note

Recently diagnosed
Hello, I'm new to this, my almost 7 year old son has recently been diagnosed with asthma, he uses a blue inhaler and his brown one. Looking for advice from other parents on how they deal with there child having asthma on a day to day basis. He's struggled for years with breathing, at times being admitted

Asthma Sore Throat
Hi, was just wondering if anyone has ever experienced a Sore Throat with Fostair Inhaler. Have been using it for Years with a Spacer and a couple of Weeks ago stopped using the Spacer as it needed a clean, since then have had a bit of an on and off sore throat. It’s not like a normal sore throat though

Back to the drawing board
I have been struggling a lot this year and most of last year getting back to fitness after my horrible virus ( possibly THE virus ) oct 2019/ end of jan 2020. Last March I re-did C25k and got to where I could run for 30 minutes comfortably again, then I worked my way up to 10k again gently and just

Arythmia/irregular heartbeat and peak flow
Has anyone had arythmia? I think mine is being brought on by the fostair. Also a symptom of arythmia (irregular heartbeat) can be breathless and fatigue. Would your peak flow still drop if your breathlessness was a heart issue and not an asthma issue. I’ve been saying my asthma has changed this last

Add on of Atrovent
Hi, Hope everyone is well. I’m having another flare up of my asthma, it has been poorly controlled for about 6 months and I’m on my third lot of prednisolone. I’ve only ever been on one steroid inhaler which is currently Fostair 100/6, having switched to this from Duoresp Spiromax 320/9 a couple of

Hyperventilation on exertion
My doctors have no answers, I’ve switched
inhalers
, added meds, etc but have been stuck at this new level of functioning way below where I had been. My biggest question right now is... has anyone experienced episodes of hyperventilation on mild exertion (like walking slowly)?
