Clenil Modulite 100 side effect?
Good evening I was started on the above inhaler just before Christmas,, 19th December to be precise , taking two puffs morning and evening. I’ve had mild asthma since age 11 , now 57, primarily exercise induced. It didn’t bother me at all for many years but recently I’ve been feeling like my rib

Using an Expired Ventolin inhaler
A friend just gave me an unused Ventolin inhaler. A doctor friend of her’s claimed that it’s safe for me to use, even though it expired in 2018. Appreciate any replies🙂

Changed my consultant
From a few days I am experiencing bronch exacerbation with increased sputum which is dark. This time I decided to go to a different doctor who is also a bronch specialist. He told that I will have to have azithromycin long term; 6-8 months per year. The next thing he did is to change my inhaler from

Hi.only thing I can say is you are using your inhaler correctly and rinsing with warm water afterwards. After I clean teeth I do not rinse mouth but I rinse later with oral b mouthwash. Hope you stay healthy sorry I can't be more helpful.

Lifestyle approach to asthma and nasal polyps
I currently have three different
inhalers
and take two pills on a daily basis. Has anyone had any success in reducing their symptoms with lifestyle/diet/breathing/meditation techniques or alternative medicine?

Advice pleaae
Hi hopefully someone give me some advice or reassurance. I’ve suffered with IBS for along time, several years ago I developed acid reflux, had an Endoscopy which confirmed some scarring, given medication which in most has helped. Fast forward 8/9 weeks ago I developed a barking cough for about 16/18

Asthma and Covid Experiences Please!
Hi, so after feeling pretty rubbish yesterday with a sore throat, spiking temp and barking sounding cough, today I have tested positive for Covid on a lateral flow after avoiding the damn thing for 3 years! I have asthma, so am understandably worrying! I am waiting for a call back from GPs as my peak

Heat vs Breathing
I have found I’m taking my
inhalers
more often, which I don’t like doing, so just wondered if anyone else finds the same thing. Take care and please try to stay safe.

keeping inhalers at the correct temperature
Please can you tell me how you keep your
inhalers
at the correct temperature. The
inhalers
I am on are fostair, salbutamol and titropium. None of them should be stored above 25 degrees but can't seem to get the temperature down in the house yet after the very hot weather.
