Aerochamber help

Hello I use an aerochamber for my inhalers, but it seems like the silicone end opening is too big for my inhaler so it let's the puff out before I have the chance to breathe it in! I've gotten a new one with the same issue

Has anyone had this? Is there a way to fix it?

Talk to your physician or pharmacist. You should be prescribed appropriate inhaler spacer combos

Yes I was given this one once by mistake at the chemist but took it back to my dr and explained to them that it doesn't fit my inhaler shape and they reordered the right one which should fit properly..it should be tight end around your inhaler
