Adding radiation to chemo or not?
This would be
IMRT
to the one tumor in his lung between heart and bronchus, and SBRT to the small area right 4th rib, and SBRT to both small adrenal tumors. I realize this is rare (at least I can’t find much on it) to have a radiation oncologist willing to hit all known tumor sites for stage IV.

Is my PSA score of 2.33 good, OK or bad ?
In the interim, I had 38 sessions of radiation (
IMRT
). I have oligometastatic prostate cancer with the L4 vertebrae being affected. I have been treated thus far for 5 complete months. Now, my question is :- Is my latest PSA score of 2.33 too high ?

Treatment update
Doing
IMRT
now, 28 sessions on entire pelvis and 15 on the prostate. Severe diarrhea from the radiation. Every day on the one hour drive to radiation I stress about having a full bladder and an empty bowel. Best medical advice I got in the last two weeks was not to get too far from a toilet.

My IMRT decision.
After consults with several different types of oncologists, I decided on
IMRT
(radiation); 45 treatments with last on Feb. 2nd. Last week my PSA was 0.43 and urologist said it would probably go down to 0 within year or so. I'm glad that I chose
IMRT

Intermittent ADT criteria and rules
f. several radiation oncologists felt that
imrt
to pelvic area and above would carry too much risk to other organs and advised just ADT. (even though original
imrt
did not radiate the pelvic area) g.

One month after starting Lupron, Zytiga and Prednisone...
My PSA has risen slowly from .2 to 2.8 after RP and
IMRT
in 2014. A biopsy of a small lung nodule a couple of months ago was positive for PCa so I started Lupron Zytiga and Prednisone 2/6/2018. Today the PSA had dropped to .7 after just one month. That seems like a remarkable result to me.

Advanced localized PC
I have a very experienced onocologist who recommended 25 VMAT
IMRT
and 2 HDR brachytherapies. They are being done simultaneously because of insurance reasons. I had my first HDR yesterday hence why I am waiting to be discharged.

If protons are not a viable option, then any good
