Psilocybin clinical trial
That coupled with 7 years of Lupron and all the other chemo and
immunotherapy
drugs and side effects - I feel have cumulatively affected my mental health. I hoping to ‘level up’ my awareness and engagement, connect with the Big Why. I’m one of the 200 data points, my ‘dosing day’ is next week.

BAT question. A little worried about results.
I had
immunotherapy
(Provenge) which didn’t really do much and my PSA remained 14. My MO recommended adding Orgovyx to the Nubeqa and PSA went down to 6. I hate the sarcopenia and weakness and proposed trying BAT. My MO has had me stop Nubeqa for 4 weeks but stay on Orgovyx.

Exon20 mutation and Mobocertinib
Hi , after the usual ‘standard’ chemo and
immunotherapy
( which seriously impacted on my kidney function and had to be stopped ) I have now been diagnosed with Exon20 mutation and offered Mobocertinib . This is exactly a year after my initial diagnosis .

Blood Negative MRD
Currently: after 11 months, February 2023, of
immunotherapy
, my hubby's blood revealed negative MRD. In April he will have a BMB to see if this too is negative. If there is a small amount of CLL in his bone marrow he will continue to take A&V for an other 9 months.

which is starting next week she had an incident last week where she forgot a key

Update on failing Enzalutamide
Hello again friends, I wrote recently after learning that Xtandi was no longer working, seeking options. Immunotherapy
hi everyone I’ve been advised that I can start
immunotherapy
within 41 days of my 6 week chemo / radiation treatment ending which means mid January … I’m very apprehensive about
immunotherapy
as I’ve only heard mainly bad stories I guess ….. can anyone offer any positivity about it at all ?

? Any progress in the history of "War on Cancer"
Some significant progress into some childhood malignancies and perhaps
immunotherapy
for lung Ca/Melanoma. Rest of progress slower than climate change and often reported as "break throughs" when looking at a few months improvements.

The human microbiome links to prostate cancer risk and treatment (Review)
There are also beneficial effects of microbiota on cancer treatment, as confirmed by recent clinical trials on fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) in combination with
immunotherapy
for cancer treatment, potentially opening up new targets for cancer treatment (6).

The new plan is to combination of dual

with two
immunotherapy
drugs nivolumab and ipilimumab. Has anyone gone through a similar journey when 1st line treatment didn't work and pivoted?

Private Doctors for Rituximab
I am looking for recommendations for a good private doctor/clinic (perhaps in Turkey) who can provide and administer Rituximab and also perhaps
immunotherapy
. Any recommendations or advise would be greatly appreciated.

Running out of road....
... I've got a consultation with my oncologist tomorrow. I've huge respect for him - he's been with me throughout this 'journey' from initial diagnosis 14 yrs ago. But, he tends to follow SOC (although will support me in straying from the path. I'd welcome some suggestions before I talk to him. My situation

Stage 4 lung cancer - treatment
His treatment plan was to have Cisplatin and Pemetrexed (chemotherapy) and Pembrolizumab (
Immunotherapy
). He tolerated a number of cycles but then got a couple of infections at once and was very poorly.

Looking for suggestion of clinical trials for mCRPC
Interested in joining trials that involve PARP inihibitors,
immunotherapy
, or other new/novel therapies. Can any of you suggest trials currently accepting candidates. My PSA was undetectable (<0.01) for about 5 years, but in the last 4 quarters it began to creep up.
