Evidence used for my decision process with (IMO)
Pharmacists (have given me wrong information) and doctors I talk with generally are ignorant of the specifics, say,
Imbruvica
clearance. Even prescribing moderate CYP inhibitors to be taken concurrently which can cause clearance problems leading increased or amplified side effects.

Change from Imbruvica??
Really getting tired of pill to pill existence and wonder it anyone changed from
imbruvica
to * ACT196 (going from memory here). From what I recall reading its similar to
imbruvica
but doesn't stay in the bloodstream long and maybe less side effects?

Thoughts and prayer needed
I started on
imbruvica
140mg three daily. I started December 22,17. This was after two biopsy on liver and lung. Both finding cancer. Without going into alot of details sometimes things don’t go as we would like them. Lately the pain in my upper abdomen had been causing so much pain.

After Imbruvica
After a first round of FC made 8 years ago, now is time for treatment. My hematologist suggested Imbruvica. But if my CLL does not respond to that, what kind of treatment could I still have:chemo or something else. Thank you in advance for any shared opinions! Best wishes for all, Lilica

MRD Negative in the bone Marrow for CLL / SLL after 15 Months on Imbruvica plus Venetoclax - Captivate trial.
Now in the trial I will be randomized to get either
Imbruvica
or a Placebo and the big question is will my CLL stay in remission. Especially if I get the placebo arm. If it comes back I will go back on I plus V.

Ibrutinib Withdrawl Symptoms?
I've been reading some articles online that suggest these could be withdrawal symptoms from stopping the
Imbruvica
. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so please elaborate on what happens to you.

Dr. Chuck
Having CLL for twelve years and being on
imbruvica
for twelve months has been a trip. Side effects from
imbruvica
seem to fluctuate in intensity and change without notice. As a family therapist I work on each part of the family to address the whole. So it is CLL.

Bone lesions and CLL
He started
Imbruvica
3 days ago. Just wondering if anyone who also has bone lesions can let us know if
Imbruvica
has helped with your bone lesions. Also, do you have any advice/insight regarding bone lesions?
