Newly diagnosed
I have had an apt with the Endo team at the hospital and they are doing another test to see if I have
graves
disease
, which I am currently waiting on the results of. I am neurodivergent and struggle massively with anything medical.

Carbimazole & hives
I was diagnosed with
Graves
disease
from a thyroid scan two months ago. I've been on Carbimazole for three weeks ( didn't want to deal with side effects so delayed taking it). Yesterday I woke up with patches of hives on my legs and hips.

Who should I contact?
I've been diagnosed with
graves
disease
and put onto carbimazole and beta blockers, I didn't have any blood tests for the first 6 months and started to feel better from my original symptoms, (terrible hand tremors, palpations, anxiety, hair loss, lots of toilet visits) then worse in a different way,

SSRI antidepressants vs TCA perimenopausal
I had my thyroid removed when I was 28 yrs due to
Graves
’
disease
. I had severe goitre, benign nodules, palpitations and weight gain (not the standard weight loss). This was 3 years after my first born. A year later I had an ectopic pregnancy and had to have a tube removed.

blood test results Graves’ disease
Hi everyone, here are my latest blood test results from the hospital, the endocrinologist said I would remain on block and replace for another 4 months, I’m fine with that but I just wondered what the TSH suggests as it’s nowhere near normal to me, can anyone explain what it all means, I’d really appreciate

Graves disease antibodies
I've had 4 episodes of
graves
disease
in 13 years. Each time I'm treated with 40mg carbimazole per day for 6 months. Each time I go into remission for a 3-4 years. With my last/current episodes of graves I was also tested for antibody levels.

liothyronine supply
I have been on liothyronine for 10 years now following a thyroidectomy due to

Hypoparathyroidism Or tumour of some sort? Very high TSH levels.....
Here we go.....I had
Graves
Disease
