Scared of taking prednisolone
Also told me to change my inhaler from Qvar to
Fostair
. However I’ve read some reviews and have had friends tell me they felt so bad on prednisolone that it’s made me scared to take them. I have had depression and have anxiety and I really don’t want them to make me feel any worse.

I'm new here...
I use two inhalers,
Fostair
and Aclidlinium powder. I have ME/CFS too, so it's difficult to know whether the increased weakness is solely from the COPD. Has anyone any advice on coping mechanisms please. I am so tired.

Fostair question
Has anyone found that
Fostair
isn't as good as taking Becotide? I've been on
Fostair
since the Summer and feel that I'm having to take my reliever inhaler more often now than I was before. I don't feel ill, just a bit wheezy.

Seeking guidance
I also have asthma, which I control daily with a steroid inhaler (
Fostair
) and an SOS inhaler (Ventolin).

Help Needed with spirometry results?
Put me on Clenil first which made me cough badly so they swapped me to a combi one
fostair

Caffeine reduction
I have supposedly got COPD and use a
Fostair
Nexthaler but since cutting right down on caffeine my breathing has massively improved. Also the pressure that my APAP runs at is 3-4 cm lower as well Why has reducing caffeine had such a great effect

My inhalers don’t seem to be helping me, i am on ventolin, spiriva (tiotropium) and
fostair
200/6 along side with prednisolone and carbocisteine 375mg. Could someone please give me any advise as to what this could possibly be as i don’t want to waste time at A&E. Thank you.

Asthma triggered by ibuprofen?
Anyway to get to the point consultant asked me two weeks ago after my appointment to double my
Fostair

Trimbow worries
Hello everyone, I was changed from Spiriva Respimat/
Fostair
to Trimbow which I started taking this morning. I not only got no relief but my breathing was worse and I took a puff of Ventolin and have just taken another as my breathing still feels laboured.

Vitamin C crystals - astounding difference for asthma!
Have been able to reduce
fostair
100/6 inhaler doses from 4 to 2 puffs a day and sometimes forget to do the evening dose as I feel fine. Used to struggle up the hill I live on but now can race up, even in relentlessly cold, wet weather in Wales.

Whether to start another rescue pack or not?
I saw my COPD nurse a few days ago, and she changed me from
Fostair
to Trimbow and told me to keep using the reliever as well; I will see her again in a month.

Eosinophilic asthma
My dr has said its mild asthma and one puff of
fostair
(100/6 I think) in the morning seems to control it. However, when I read about eosinophilic asthma it really terrifies me and does not sound ‘mild’ or easy to control - is it possible to have mild asthma with this type?

Burning lungs ouchhh
I have switched back to a
Fostair
MDI from the Nexthaler but on the first puff its made my upper chest and lungs burn. I had the same problem with the Anora Ellipta a few months back as well. I used to use the
Fostair
MDI for years and although I had other problems with it I never had this burning.
