Viagra and finasteride
I'm 75 and taking finasteride for several years. I also take 100 mg losartan for high blood pressure and flomax. I'm not sure if one or all of these in combination is to blame, but I only get slightly erected when aroused. I won't get into it but a combination of weight gain and small size penis

Life update
Life has been busy!! We are of the LDS (Mormon) faith and my son received his mission call to Ukraine/Moldova so I’ve been busy clothes shopping with him. It’s a lot of work buying everything you need for two years! Garden is growing great this year. I have had oodles of zucchini and cucumbers. Tomatoes

MS diagnosis vs CIS Diagnosis
Hey guys....my neurologist diagnosed me with RRMS a few weeks ago... i have been waiting on my rebif... the doctor put on the paper work CIS... probably because I’ve only had one episode... so lifeline assistance said RRMS is a requirement for them... my doctor never told me he changed my diagnosis.

Husbands difficulty sleeping
Anyone have problems sleeping because they can’t empty bladder completely and up 5/6 times a night? My husband is stage 4, Gleason 9 and diagnosed Dec 2019. PC tumor invading bladder space. Many Mets to bones and lymph nodes. Lots of bone pain but only uses Tylenol and Ibuprofen. Takes flomax daily

Rising PSA 18 months post LD Brachytherapy
Dear Brothers, friends, and caretakers, I apologize in advance for posting in the wrong forum. It's been a while since I've been here and I'm not sure where to post... I had low dose brachytherapy radiation (permanent seed) implants over 18 months ago and the lowest my initial post brachy PSA was .6

HDR Brachytherapy at UCLA
I had my 2 procedures of HDR Brachytherapy (monotherapy) on 2-7-20 & 2-14-20. I had some really bad burning during urination for about 2 weeks, but the Pyridium saved me. I was also prescribed Flomax for one month, which was a big help. I have no incontinence and expect no ED, but was in pain urinating

All prostate cancer questions?
1. Has anyone ever had TURP surgery to help with urinating issues due to prostate cancer? If yes can you share your experience? Has anyone had grest success from it, than start having issues months after? Do you continue taking taking Flomax, if the TURP was a success? 2. Has anyone experienced nausea

Medical Perspective on COVID-19 from Seattle
I am posting this from the consideration that information is empowering, and in this case is full of caution. It is from a physician deeply involved in the fight to care for Seattle COVID patients. It is not a controlled study and has no statistics. Rather a first-person perspective on how this is unfolding

Retrograde Ejaculation
Has anyone else had problems with retrograde ejaculation after a radical prostatectomy? I was prescribed Flomax, but I think that only makes it worse. After orgasm I feel like I have a urinary tract infection and have to pee small amounts of urine every 10 minutes, sometimes for hours! I had my prostatectomy

Upcoming appt. with urologist
Hi Warriors, I attend a bi-monthly PCa group of about 18 men; most have no more prostate. I still have mine and will be consulting with a urologist surgeon whom the group trusts. Dr. K's creds do not include oncology but he seems more knowledgeable in all aspects of PCa than some oncs I've dealt with

Unnumbered post DMT, YES I am on it 9 Feb 2020
I am sorry I thought I had made this clear. I am on Disease-Modifying Therapy)DMT). I have been on it as soon as I could get it twenty years ago and have never stopped and will never stop. I have a phobia, an irrational fear of needles but I stood up straight and did my needle every other day

stricture surgery before radiation
I’ll be 70 in a few weeks and was diagnosed with prostate cancer about six weeks ago. My biopsy showed a Gleason 3+4 in right base involving 30% pattern 4 and Gleason 3+4 in right-mid involving 10% pattern 4. My PSA is 17. I’ve gotten two pathology reports and one is from John Hopkins. They were mostly
