Trabeculectomy reversal
Hi I'm new to the forum. I had a trabeculectomy 13 months ago in my right eye. The pressure lowered well but the bleb leaked causing a blister of liquid to form on the outer corner of my eye. It's painful, debilitating and had such an impact on my life. My consultant suggested having stitches around

Another Diagnosis
I had an ophthalmologist appointment today and can now add asteroid hyalosis to my list of medical oddities. Anybody else have this diagnosis? It’s not a big deal, I don’t think. It’s just annoying. In fact, “annoying” is the best description to me for MS in general!

Computer glasses
Hi, What glasses do you recommend to wear for computer? I used to use computer with naked eyes. As you know for people with myopic related macular degeneration reading with naked eyes is much easier. The problem of reading with naked eyes might be the blue light and the eye fatigue. Do you have recommendations

Which magnesium supplement?
I have recently started on flecainide (50mg am and 100mg at night) and dipping in and out of AF. Dr Gupta recommended I try Magnesium glycinate as this has the least negative effects on the bowel and worth trying. Would appreciate your thoughts as to what you take and what brands. Will start of with

Sulfasalizine suddenly working after 4 months
Hey all. I've been on sulfasalizine as part of triple therapy (methotrexate + hydroxychloroquine + sulfasalizine) for 4 months now, with seemingly little to no benefit, and am due to start adalimumab in a couple of weeks. However, in the last few days the sulfasalizine seems to have suddenly started

Looking after your eyes when inserting Eye drops!
Nearly all of us who have eye problems use eye medications of some sort. Please always remember to insert the drops whilst lying down for maximum benefit.A fact that only 20 % of the eye drop is needed to reduce the eye pressure effectively. The remainder is wasted. This is where Punctual Occlusion is
