I have Stage 4 PCa and I was on 250 mg/day Erleada (apalutamide ) for less than a year when I broke out in a rash. I paid $3000 co-pay for the medication in 2024 and I still have an unopened bottle (30 tablets) and an opened bottle with 21 tablets. Anyone interested in these tablets?

talk to your doctor about simply reducing the dose. There is a study that shows even half the dose is just about as effective as the full with less side effects. I have found that the medical profession sets the dosages based in less-than-scientific means in trials and that level is set for everyone. Ever wonder why the dose for a 125 lb. man is the same as a linebacker?
