LDN and biliary dyskinesia?
He says there is a link of naltrexone and biliary
dyskinesia
. I cannot find any research that has been done on this link. I am not sure if he is talking about the 50mg dose or low dose. Does anyone know of a connection between the two?

Suggestions
I will be receiving the Dopa Macuna 15% L-Dopa tomorrow. I want to begin taking it in an attempt to see if this alone will replace the Carbidopa that I currently take 2 times a day each measured at 25-100. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to take it? I currently take one Carbidopa at 7 AM and

Burning feeling in neck
Iām only 11 weeks since dx. Iām 56 yo male. Decent fitness. In the last 2 weeks Iām noticing a burning sensation like sunburn on my left rear side of my neck. Stretching and rotating neck seems to help. Is this a Pd feeling you think? I was on mirapex for 2 months but doctor said last week I could halt

Tremors
After 5 years, my tremors have increased to a point were they are far more than just inconvenient. I tried C/L for about 2-1/2 moths, but it made me horribly ill and didn't seem to do much for the tremors. I take amantadine 100 mg three times a day, and ropinirole 8 mg once a day. Has anyone had any

and a single gene marker for cystic fibrosis.

On the fence over DBS
Is it more worthwhile just to slow down the progression with medication and gamble that
dyskinesia
( involuntary movements that develop when meds are maxed out) does not occur? Since my mother had rigidity and not classic tremors , I feel I will have the same scenerio. DBS has risks, also.

Mucuna Pruriens-Varying Amounts of L-dopa Confusing
I bought mucuna Kapikakacchu powder first and have no idea the content of L-dopa but it works. I took 1 tbsp. 2x a day. The whole powder doesn't seem as smooth when I come off of it but is supposed to have beneficial ingredients. Just not sure how much to take but once a day to replace another dose of

Hello, First time poster here :) I've had great success with pramipexole for just over a year, but some months ago, I developd a tic that my doctor diagnosed as

Carbilev ( Sinemet ) advice please
Is that
dyskinesia
? Is it caused by the carbilev? I decided to halve the dose.I was taking half a tablet every 8 or so hours, night as well. And the jerking seemed to calm down. I now take half a tablet every 6 hours.
