Can I take the 7 day bleed at any time after more than 21 days of taking the pill?
I am on the combined pill
Dianette
and because my periods are so painful and heavy I choose to piggy back pills, so after 21 days I will go straight onto the next 21 days of the pill without a bleed. I am 4 days into the third strip (3rd set of 21 days) but wish to have a period now.

No withdrawal bleed when on combined pill?
I don't think I've ever had a break from it, but have changed pill over the years (
Dianette
, Yasmin, Cilest, Lizinna). I keep going through about a 4/5 month block where I don't have a withdrawal bleed during my 7 day break. I do sometimes have spotting during the month.

How long do side effects last?
So I have been on
Dianette
for 60 days, and yesterday I took a break due to the side effects affecting my daily life. My mental health has got worse since being on it (different story itself), but I feel constantly tired, constantly hungry and my head is pounding.

Are these symptoms caused by my weight?
I used to take
Dianette
which was fantastic but I was taken off it when I gained too much weight and my GP now says they don’t prescribe it anymore My main question is, do these things seem like they would be a result of my weight and bad eating?

Endometriosis and Acne
I have been on all of the acne contraceptive pills (including Yas/Yasmin) and have been on
dianette
now for way over a month. I have spent way to much money on skincare routines which will "cure" acne, and I have got to the point I cannot leave the house without feeling ashamed.

Excess hair worse after pregnancy (I'm new here)
Hello, my little girl is now 1 and I have therefore stopped breastfeeding and am back on
Dianette
(the pill) which used to help me massively with excess hair when I was younger. I've been on it two months and there are no signs of the excess hair improving.

Possible PCOS but GP won’t refer me to endocrinologist - hair loss main issue
By now I’m on Cilest as my GPs have removed me from
Dianette
as I was on it longer than I should have been. I start taking more supplements the iron properly again and the minoxidil however my hair loss continues in the year that follows and my weight is now 18stones.

Can Endometriosis be missed during a laparpscopy?
At some point I did use
Dianette
35 as a method for trying to get my period straight however, it made everything much worse. I tried Cerelle as my last option back-to-back however, the pain was the same and I bled right through it.

Should I have Mirena coil removed?
She put me back on
dianette
pill which I didn’t really want to do and told me to stick with the coil for a few more months as she thinks it will get better.

Which combined pill is best for PCOS?
Is
Dianette
the same as Yasmin? Should I try this or is there something else suitable for PCOS? Any advice is appreciated. Thankyou!

Anything I can do at home to reduce hair?
On
Dianette
it almost disappeared and in less than a year it's exploded again. Shaving isn't practical any more. Is there anything aside from shaving/waxing and threading I can do?

Dianette ?
However in the meantime I was wondering if I could take
dianette
to help some of my symptoms, my acne has flared up really bad and my periods are awful. Has anyone had experience taking
dianette
and do you think it would be an issue for me to take for the next 4-5 months before surgery x

Dianette - Doctors Check Up
This may be such a minor thing to worry about, but I've been on
Dianette
for 6 months and I put in a renewal for another 6 months worth of tablets. But I had a phone call to say I needed to make an appointment with a nurse (but it couldn't be any old nurse) next week before I get my tablets.

Diagnosed
Hi, I've recently been diagnosed with PCOS and I'm currently on
Dianette
. I'm wondering as I'm currently on CWP, and the doctor had said it can cause weight gain, is this still possible even though I am currently dieting?

fighting a losing battle under active thyroid, pcos, vitamin d deficiency, ibs and now a lump and hearing loss.
I was put in
dianette
and told to go on a low GI diet and left to it by the doctors.

A little advice for an upcoming GP appt please
I was put on
Dianette
which was wonderful, but it made my BP too high so switched to a POP pill. Saw a consultant who basically said come back when you want to conceive. Since then I've had no help or assistance and have been managing on my own.

Endo returning 2 yrs after lap?
I had a few months on
Dianette
to deal with the bad acne and my GP and I knew I had used it with no probs before to clear up my skin. I came off that when I burst an ovarian cyst on a flight last summer. I have now found a progesterone only pill which works for me.
