Dexamethasone mouth rinse.
Has anyone taken this? It’s to prevent mouth sores/ulcers in mouth. I just started taking it. Dosage is 4 times each day. Wondering how long to wait between between each dose? I started this yesterday but only had time for 2 doses since I had to wait to take it after taking cancer meds. Today I took

A small rise in PSA What do you think of my plan
I'm expecting PSA will not go down and plan to try again to get
Dexamethasone
prescribed in lieu of pred. Will provide my MO in advance of next visit a copy of the Switch trial. I was tested for ARV-7 and I have no positive activity and would like to go on Xtandi next or chemo.

Also this is getting to the point where he is having emergency prednisolone or

Can Ozone Therapy Really Cure Virsuses such as COVID-19?
Menendez found that preconditioning animals with ozone is as powerful as
dexamethasone
in reducing TNFαin endotoxic shock. This would be exceptionally valuable as a means of safely suppressing “cytokine storm,” often the real killer in hot infections and seemingly with fatal Corona virus.

Changed prednisone to dexamethasone with Zytiga; lowered PSA after one month
It's been advised on here by others but I wanted to update for others in our situation--where enza quits working and Zytiga may get a boost from the change. The MO easily agreed to the switch to dexa in January when my husband's psa rose 2+ points to 13.56 on 1/6/20. After using dexa for about a month

How do I properly use steroid cream for discoid eczema? I had a withdrawal flare-up.
Hi! I seem to have gotten my first flare up of discoid eczema a few months ago. I went to the doctor and she gave me a cream that says “Clotrimazole and Betamethasone Dipropionate, 1%/0.05%” on it. I used it twice a day as directed and it worked really well! The small pink circle I had on my chest went

Darolutamide vs Proxalutamide - for a Hail Mary??
This leaves him 'only' on 2mg
dexamethasone
, Lupron shots (every 3 months) and Xgeva shots (monthly), and now, no surprise, a rapidly rising PSA (was 36 yesterday, and was 11.5 4 weeks ago).

Allergic reaction to Carboplatin
They have given me Ranitidine,
Dexamethasone
and Cetrizine to take the day before my next treatment. Will this ward off the allergic reaction? Any advice welcome.

After 4th Xofigo injection, bone marrow 'crashed'? - Cancer or side effect from Xofigo?? Next step??
+ Zytiga & pred, switched from pred to
dexamethasone
, then stopped Lynparza so he could start Xofigo while staying on Zytiga +
Dexamethasone
. My husband is on a the list at Cornell for the AC 225 treatment. He wanted to wait until they could figure out a way to protect the salivary glands.

Oligometastatic PCa - There’s Hope!!
To start with, we agreed to add Zytiga if PSA approached 2.0 They added Zytiga +
dexamethasone
in December of 2017, when PSA reached 1.8. PSA immediately went back to undetectable, where it remains today.

PSA increase after zytiga and steroid switch
Exactly 2 months ago, PSA was 2.26 switched from prednisone to
dexamethasone
. Today’s results are 2.68. In May psa was 0.1. Go to see oncologist next week. Not sure what to do next.

Severe joint pain while on Zytiga + dexamethasone + temazepam (for insomnia from dexamethasone) along with xofigo and xgeva
After taxotere, then 1-1/2 years doing very well on Lynparza + Zytiga + Prednisone + Xgeva, PSA went up (last July - 5 months ago) so stopped Oliparib and switched steroids to
dexamethasone
(higher, 4mg. doses at first, now tapered down to 1mg) and added Xofigo for widespread bone mets.
