Anyone else pass out while trying to *ahem* poo?
Hi there, I'm having a bit of a nightmare. I'm in the middle of treatment for Endometriosis - had 4 prostap injections, due to see Endo specialist beginning of Feb for results of MRI and to discuss surgery - I'm already on the waiting list for surgery with the Endo specialist and colorectal surgeon.

Overwhelmed by findings from diagnostic laparoscopy
I had my diagnostic laparoscopy on Friday after a long road of symptoms and initial diagnosis of PCOS in my teens. I have stage 4 with bilateral endometriomas with quite extensive bowel and bladder involvement. I need an urgent MRI to get a full understanding of the bowel involvement, I am heading

More hopeful
Hi, thought I'd share a good news story as I realise that this quest for answers is often fraught with difficulty and it's hard to keep the faith. Had a marvellous appointment with my newish GP last night, I could have hugged her for listening so well and being so proactive (almost makes up for years

FET Cycle and acupuncture, what's your experience?
Hiya, we have been for scan today and lining is nice and thin after the prostap injection, we should of started oestrogen tablets today but had to delay a week as we had a commitment on the week they were looking to transfer so we're a week behind. I've been thinking of trying acupuncture as I've found

Very Happy after consultation with specialist!!! He listened.....
Well I feel over the moon, after being discharged 2 years ago from my specialist and enduring all the procedures at the pain management clinic that didn't work I got to see my old specialist again. He was AMAZING as usually, very empathetic and a really good listener, asked me what I WANTED which is

Support and experiences of women on Prostap
I have just had my first Prostap injection (lowest dose available) and will be taking daily Livial 2.5mg tablets. I think I have Endometriosis as I have period type pain most of the month, but up to recently its been bearable. I am actually receiving the prostap for incredible mood swings and fatigue

Prostap/Lutrate - Please help - feeling frustrated and torn.
Please help. I have PCOS and was diagnosed years ago. I was referred to gynaecology due to a group of symptoms I have been having and my family history to explore the possibility of Endometriosis. Gynaecologist has refused a laparoscopy due to my weight and will not discuss my symptoms with me. Instead

3rd cycle nurse consultantion
Hi ladies and gents, I have just had my third nurse consultantation for my upcoming FET and I am a little confused! I have been offered two options 1. Day 21 bursellin and scratch and then check to see how lining is and transfer 2. To take prostap ( I think this is how you spell it!) Scan after 4 weeks

Supplements to help prostap side effects
Hi I’ve been put on prostap as I’ve been diagnosed with post ablation syndrome. And I’m expecting the dreaded menopause symptoms to start soon. I’ve read lots about natural remedies - eg starflower oil and black cosh magnesium etc. But my question is are these recommended for when you are in menopause

Lining too thick
Hi all! Feeling very negative. Been for my third pre-stimulation scan this morning after taking my prostap injection three weeks ago and my womb lining is still too thick. Plan is to go back again on Monday and see what it’s doing by then! Its reducing very slowly but still 5mm. It’s not looking so

Maybe endometriosis? Prostap recommended.
Hello everyone :) I just joined this group and I am hoping to get some advice, whether medical or experiences people have had, etc. A lot of background, but may help: 10+ years ago, at an estimate, diagnosed with PCOS. When puberty started and I began to get PCOS symptoms it was ultimately dismissed

I was diagnosed with pelvic inflammatory disease in dec 2015 but even before diagnosis I had this, some months I would have a normal

What next after prostap injections?
Hi, I have had 6 months worth of prostap injections and they worked wonders I felt amazing. But now I'm back to suffering with no help from my gynecologist. Too young for a hysterectomy. Has any one else had a similar experience and if so what happened next? I am now on the implant and have just started

I've been bleeding very heavy with large clots and resulted to having the prostap injections. It's been 2 and half weeks now and the bleeding is just starting to teeter off but I have constant nausea and feeling sick I feel wobbly on my legs and feet and dizzy. I started to get this prior to the injection

Choice of mini pill?
Has anyone used prometrium for heavy bleeding and does it work like cerrazette for example, like a mini pill? I'm confused about what to do when I finish prostap injections in 6 months and don't want any heavy bleeding or bleeding full stop and bad cramps. Can you help with your experiences and suggestions
