First PAF after cryoablation happening now
Hi all I'm so disappointed. I woke 45 minutes ago with AF; the first real recurrence after my cryoblation nine months ago. Last night I took the second dose of Tramadol, newly prescribed for my hip and back pain; I'm guessing that's the reason for the AF breakthrough. I've taken another 2.5mg Bisoprolol

Day 5 post Ablation
It was a
cryoablation
in the end. Since then I'm resting lots I am having migraine with arua each day but only 1 now. My esophagus is very sore but easing each day too. The groin bruise is so far about the size of a 50p and the incision on my wrist has healed completely with no bruising.

Cryoablation for mbc
Hi everyone, I found the article below that shows that
cryoablation
for mbc could be beneficial. Does anybody have any experience of this treatment? https://www.hindawi.com/journals/bmri/2017/3839012/ Many thanks, Eva

Core body temperature
I had a
cryoablation
in 2017 and a RF one in October last year. Over the last two months I have had four episodes of AF lasting about six hours each time. However what I am experiencing after my latest ablation is a big increase in my core body temperature.

2.4% Burden 3 months post cryoablation...
Had my 3 month review yesterday and while the burden of AFIB is less my EP deemed it a failure! My symptoms are very mild and I feel great but for the few episodes that come and go and even then it is very different than pre ablation. We will reevaluate and do another 2 week monitor in 8 weeks and

Worried about heart after ablation. I'm LYJB
I had a
cryoablation
last May and I've been almost free of PAF since. I'm due to see the PE in 12 days for my second follow up. Tonight I felt very cold (even though the house wasn't cold), and my fingers went white (very unusual for me). I also felt light-headed and slightly dizzy.

3 months post Cryoablation and still suffering!
š I also find that since the
Cryoablation
I feel very bloated and uncomfortable after dinner, but this doesnāt necessarily lead to erratic rhythm, that happens randomly at various times of the day.

7 WeeksPost Cryoablation...
Due to come off the 50 mg 2x a day of flec this week and while I have had some episodes a few times a week rhey have mostly been short. Feel nervous that they will be more plentiful and cause my paroxysmal state to pregress even faster... Feeling stressed by all of this which we know can't help matters

2 Days After Cryoablation
Iām feeling well after
cryoablation
ā yippee! Had just a 4-second blip of Afib in the hospital and none since. Itās strange waiting to see if itās really gone, having been such a major focus for me prior to the ablation. Thanks so much to everyone for their support beforehand.

Meds Vs Ablation
If this does not seem to work we will proceed with
cryoablation
. My question is has anyone here have experience with an increased dose of Sotalol and it has controlled the AF better? Appreciate your feedback. Thanks everyone.

3 months + EP review
I had my second ablation just over 3 months ago to sort out some āloose endsā from a
cryoablation
I had over 2.75 months ago and today I had the first EP review. I was happy to tell him that apart from a very few ectopics and equally few runs of short, fast heart beats, every thing seemed good.

Post ablation issues
It has been eight weeks since my
Cryoablation
. The fatigue is slowly lifting and I have much more energy now thank goodness. Lots of weird digestive issues, and random body pains...but nothing I canāt cope with.

Post ablation issues
Surely this canāt be from the
Cryoablation
? At first I put it down to recovering from the GA, as I know that can affect the bowels, but not after 6 weeks or more?

No AF since I got my e-bike
Whilst this could also be due to medication (although no changes), settling down post
cryoablation
, or lifestyle changes, I have hesitated to claim it as a significant change. However I do now think it worth mentioning. One swallow does not make a summer but I am feeling a lot better about things.
