Prostatectomy followed 8 months later with ADT and radiation. Mostly incontinent since. Always had overactive bladder before cancer. Urologist did cystoscope and said everything looked normal. Its been > 2 weeks and I am in constant misery. Bladder hurts and have strong feeling of needing to urinate

Confused about how all the different PCa drugs work?
This recent article (Oct 2023) has a nice high level diagram that organizes the more common prostate cancer drugs and their mechanism of action. Scroll down to Figure 1. Post Ablation advice please??
I underwent an RFA for Afib and Aflutter in late last year (coming up on end of blanking period) for paroxysmal afib/flutter first diagnosed 5 years ago. I have been on Flecainide and Diltiazem for several years. Prior to the ablation, I would experience episodes about 2x a week for about 12-24 hours

Hi, Not a member of this particular forum, but I have received such support from the PMRGCA forum, I thought I would ask here for thoughts on Crohn’s on behalf of my husband. paroxysmal AF and flying
hi. Can anyone here give me some advice and hopefully some reassurance please. I’ve had AF since being diagnosed August 2022. First episode on the night coming home from a very strenuous and incident filled 2 week motor home ‘holiday’ in Scotland. Our first and probably our last. Not very restful!

Open heart surgery
After my cardiology review midweek I’m being booked in for an angiogram and it’s been suggested I will be considered for an aortic valve replacement in the next couple of months. Hi All, I am 11-days in to my recovery from my second ablation procedure and wanted to check if anyone else has/had the symptoms I am suffering from; as I didn't have them after the first ablation procedure. I have two key ones as follows; 1. After walking for a few minutes and then standing still

PSA increase.
My PSA has increased from .13 to .73 in 3 1/2 months. Does this mean I am castrate resistant. Or does it need to increase over a couple more samples first. Can my PSA change this much for other reasons. I am currently on Lupron. Thanks for any input.
