Opinions on THC and CBD gummies for cancer pain.
Have you or do you use gummies to help manage cancer pain? Do you use THC, or CBD, or blended? How much do you take in 1 dose? How often per day do you dose? How effective has it been? Do you use it instead of opiates or as an add on? Any side effects to be aware of? Thanks in advance!

Ablation/S-ICD Recovery Time - why is it taking so long?
Bit of a long one… Hi all, I’m currently recovering from a 4 week hospital stay and struggling with the recovery period. I was admitted for investigation due to a high burden of PVCs which were making me very symptomatic. I had a previous diagnosis of low burden of PVCs, as well as mild dilated cardiomyopathy

Is the rhythm of your heart regular?
A simple pulse check only takes 30 seconds! Atrial fibrillation, also known as AF or AFib is a quivering or irregular heart rhythm (arrhythmia) that can lead to an AF-related stroke or heart failure if left untreated. If you have AF, your heart beats in an irregular rhythm causing the blood to not

What is an ICM?
An Insertable Cardiac Monitor (ICM) is a small thin device that is inserted under the skin on your breastbone to record the activity of your heart. It can remain in place for up to 3 years. The device will capture and record 'episodes'. The recorded data will be collated and assessed and help to diagnose

Has anyone had medication changed from bisoprolol?
My previous posts were related to my mum and her anxiety. Mum has permanent AF. We ended up going private to see a consultant and mum had a monitor for a week to monitor her heart rate. The results did show that her heart rate was high - around 160 was the higher results. The consultant increased bisoprolol

Raynaud's in dark skinned patients
Hi all! My mum has secondary Raynaud's, like triggered by heart meds that unfortunately, she has to take. Diagnosis came very late as she didn't get the white-blue-red which they were expecting. Straight to white under the nails and fingertips, it then progressed straight from that to black dots which

Returning to Warfarin after 4 months on Edoxaban ...... part 2
I posted on here my original comments on this subject. Hopefully, this update, will be of interest. I made the decision to quit Edoxaban on 6 April. I didn't /couldn't be bothered to make contact with my GP, whenever I phone up for a chat I'm asked to make an appointment which usually is about 10 days

Endo diet and bowel symptoms
I'm currently trying to deal with a return of bowel symptoms which most like seem to be due to bowel endo (I have a RV lesion plus a second nodule on the bowel). I've had a hysterectomy and oophorectomy and have already had excision. I had an MRI earlier this year which showed adhesions between the rectum
