Exercise makes my AF worse (part 2)
Hi all, I posted a couple of days ago mentioning how I felt worse after exercise - felt like the slightest stroll strained my heart. Well it got worse! I had a bad night. AF kicked off around 1am as usual so had the Flec PIP, fell asleep and woke up with tachycardia and cold sweats at 5am. Calmed

Need K Monitoring App
CKD

EIGHT
!! K monitoring apps from Apple Store, and have spent hours getting familiar with them. ALL 8 apps (unless I have missed something) are lacking in one or more fundamental features.

Light headed.
Twice this week I have felt slightly dizzy and lightheaded. My sodium levels are usually low. I'm waiting to go back for another test. I wonder if this could be causing my symptoms. I feel drained too. Usually, I am fine. It makes me really worried thinking I might have a stroke or heart attack

I have recently been diagnosed with AF after suffering palpitations and unexplained fluttering in my throat since 2016. I have been treated for a number of years for hypertension. I’ve been prescribed Adizem (after a trial of Bisoprolol made me feel zombie-like) and Edoxaban and being reviewed in a couple

Newly diagnosed and don't know what to do.
My A Fib began with a mild, pulsating feeling in my throat and it promoted me to take a manual pulse reading. It was then that I noticed my heart skipped every 6th beat or so, then it stopped in less than a minute. My bpm was not more the 70.Since then, I have had an ECG and I was stunned when they said

BP meds
Although I can keep my BP under control I experience really painful joints which I attribute to
CKD
not filtering the toxins from my body............ as a result the toxins get's into my joints and causes inflammation of the cartilage and surrounding tendons.

AF at night
hi, a brief history, I have Paroxysymal Attial fibrillation which started 2 and a half years ago. I had an ablation in December and since then I have had two episodes waking me up in the middle of the night which have lasted 40 and 20 minutes respectively and gone back into sinus rhythm without intervention

Myelofibrosis and bone pain
how do people manage bone pain with Myelofibrosis. I used to get a dull ache in my shin bone only at night occasionally but now it is just about daily and is impacting on my ability to sleep. I bought CBD oil but it is not really helping and paracetamol doesn’t work at all. I don’t want to get into

Indapamide with levothyroxine?
I have been prescribed Indapamide for high blood pressure. I also have Ramipril which I take in the evening. The Indapamide pack says to take in the morning. Can I take it with my thyroxine? I couldn’t see any contraindications for it but is it going to impede the thyroxine? ShouldI take it at night

Another Diet Question
I've looked through various websites about
CKD
diets, looked at various recipes and the whys and why nots of what you should and shouldn't eat. For those of you who live with other family members, how do you balance your special
CKD
diet with their diet.

Stress test and Afib
Anyone with experience on a stress test with afib? When afib starts I can't breath. I've had several treadmill stress tests over the years. Just wondering if anyone has had an episode during stress rest.
