Newly diagnosed
Hello - I have just been diagnosed with vasculitis after having lower leg sores since May this year. A recent biopsy did not confirm which type it is. I have been off work since mid-Sept but I'm climbing the walls now and am going back next week. The sores are much better now though I still have a few

Daily Mail 23rd Oct
Long report in the Daily Mail today about a young lady who died from Wegener's. Good publicity for vasculitis but shame VUK is not mentioned, they seem to have started their own charity which although understandable, seems a waste of resources when the growing knowledge base already exists.

Interesting and Informative article in the Daily Mail online today
This is a very informative and interesting article.. In Lauren's case, it is particularly sad as she was Grant and Adrienne's only daughter. Unfortunatly, John and I still learn of too many similar cases where the Vasculitis has gone unrecognised and undiagnosed until it is too late to prevent serious

"Tracy's Little T Ball" at Ickworth House, in memory of Gordon, fundraising for Vasculitis UK
John and I just wanted to thank Tracy for organising a wonderful ball in memory of her partner Gordon, Gordon had a particular aggressive form of WG and was diagnosed in 1996. He died in 2006 but he enjoyed life and lived life to the full... :-) This is the second ball Tracy has organised, but this

Should I have a blocked tear duct repaired under general anaesthetic?
I was diagnosed with
Cerebral
Vasculitis
12 months ago and also suffered a stroke behind my left eye causing 30% loss of vision. It also caused a blocked tear duct in my left eye so it now constantly waters.

Hi all, hope this finds you all as well as can be! I had an appointment with my gp yesterday to review the tablets I am taking. She was saying to me how it could still be a long road to a diagnosis and as I am struggling to find pain relief from the medication she has suggested things I can do to
