Potential endo keep being made to feel like I am wasting doctors time.
Anyways I was eventually put on
Cerazette
not just one but 2 tablets a day. My periods stopped for over 10 years then I started to get pain again, and my periods started to come back. I went to the first doctor for him to tell me I was constipated, and I was proscribed laxatives.

Anyone trying Mirena (levonorgestrel) & Cerazette (desogestrel) together?
I have a box of
Cerazette
at the ready. Now, I need to decide what to do this month. A) Take the
Cerazette
(with Mirena) to do my best to keep away the period and potential trip to A&E for pain.

Cerazette and endo / bladder issues / ic
Hello, has anyone been put on
cerazette
pill for potential/diagnosed endo and bladder pain and still had bladder pain close to a potential period? I thought
cerazette
was supposed to stop a normal period so shouldn’t have symptoms relating to it ? Or symptoms not even when on a period?

Bloated on Cerazette
There is lots of information online about reducing bloating but not when linked to
Cerazette
. I wondered if anyone found anything that helped them while on
Cerazette
? Also was the bloating just a temporary side effect? Thanks

Struggling with pain
I’ve been on
cerazette
for about a year now and it’s definitely reduced bleeding but I’m still suffering from severe cramps throughout the month. I’ve spoken to my GP multiple times and they have prescribed naproxen but this barely touches the pain at its worst.

Appointment - coil/pills
I’m currently on
cerazette
and have been for 6 months, I’m still getting irregular spotting which is frustrating and I feel I’m never going to have an intimate life again.

Utrogestan
Generally it seems progestins such as
cerazette
that I am taking aren't the same as bioidentical progesterone. The only pharmaceutical natural progesterone utrogestan still also appears to come with a list of side effects which may or may not be manageable.

Bleeding on the POP pill
I took the
cerazette
desogestrel pill for around a year and never had a bleed or a period. I took a break from it for around 3 weeks and decided to go back on it. I’ve now been back on the pill just over two months and I’m having vaginal bleeding but I don’t know if it’s a period?

Suspected endo - any advice?
She was really lovely and empathetic, said she has similar issues herself and like me, didn't't get on too well with
cerazette
, which is the contraceptive pill I was on.

Next step?
I was initially on
cerazette
(this stopped my bleeds) but had to stop it in late 2017 as they believed it could be aggravating another condition and causing rapid weight gain so I had a mirena inserted. I had no problems with my initial mirena and it also stopped my bleeds.

Mini pill (pop) and constant bleeding.
I started taking the mini pill ‘zelleta’ I think it’s called, it’s the cheaper version of
cerazette
I believe. Basically I started it about 5 weeks ago, and I have experienced constant heavy mensural bleeding for 4 of those weeks. According to my gynae I shouldn’t bleed on it all.

I started to have a brown discharge bleed as period was already late, I am not pregnant as pregnancy test was done several times and was negative

contraceptive pills/ patch
Hi everyone , I have been on
cerazette
since surgery and removal of endo patches 6 months ago however have been bleeding every week since. I have now stopped it and am going to try a new pill again. I used to use combined pills but was very nauseous on them and a few didn’t agree with me.

Best contraceptive with Hashimoto's/hypothyroidism?
I've only ever taken
Cerazette
and microgynon. Both seemed to cause mood issues like anger, volatility and depression, but I only took them at times in my life where I was hypothyroid but undiagnosed or undermedicated and had mood issues anyway.

Ginger - am I onto something? I hope so!
I did my research, got some hormonal treatment (Mirena &
Cerazette
), and then searched the supplement list for something to support health. I bought a few things, then decided not to try them all at once (ha ha) before speaking to a dietician.
