Hypercoagulability and Thrombosis Risk in Prostate Cancer: The Role of Thromboelastography
Without vitamin K, bones weaken & arteries accumulate
calcium
. He said the the second DVT might never clear. He agreed to me trying natokinase & monitoring with D-dimer. I have had no problems since. I urge everyone to get a D-dimer test.

Cold Turkey Stop of Bisoprolol for PVC’s Change to Diltiazem
It has had no affect on the PVCs and makes me feel so tired so he wants to switch me to a
calcium
channel blocker called Diltiazem. That’s fine except he said to just stop taking the bisop and start taking the Dil.

Strontium Citrate
I started slow by adding Strontium Citrate ½ dose (340 micro grams) in the evening and moved all
calcium
to mornings. I suspect it caused violent vomiting. Is this possible or a coinsidence? Reluctant to try again 😬

calcium channel blockers
I am having a bit of trouble getting my dose before the weekend apparently the GP has to agree for me to have them monthly although my prescription says long term so I thought they were on a repeat anyway if I am unfortunate and they are not signed off today can I go a day or two without them safely

Low bone density due to high levels of natural fluoride in drinking well water?
I am apparently just short of osteopenia She has prescribed alendronic acid ,
calcium
carbonate /vit D which I am happy with. I grew up in the suburbs of Montreal age 2 to 13 in the 50's where our drinking water supply was from a well (civilised electric pump!)

Coolness in feet, legs and one side of neck - Could it be nerve healing?
It's a mast cell stabilizer, and in my researching I found some people think it works to keep mast cells from degranulating by blocking
calcium
from being absorbed inside the cells. Thanks for sticking with me this long and thanks in advance for your insights, Happy Thanksgiving!

A Different View on Bone Protection
I also take
Calcium
supplement daily and Vitamin D3 with K2 when in wintery months when not getting much Sun. I have a different take on bone protective therapies for us with APC. We know our disease is ultimately progressive and probably will die either with it or from it.

Prednisone + Zytiga + Lupron -- Loss of Height?
After a lot of reading and thinking about 2 weeks ago I added Vitamin K2 to the vitamin D3 and
Calcium
and my height has since recovered to about 72" and seems to continue to go up at a slower rate. Has anyone else here experienced height issues? A bone density scan is scheduled Nov 1.

I wonder if I really need that PPI
Reason one being that I want my
calcium
rich breakfast to be fully absorbable and not interfered with by the pred and vice versa.

Osteoporosis and Denosumab
The articles I have read have advised that we need to have dental checks before being given Denosumab .I go on Wednesday afternoon to have a bloodtest to check my
calcium
and Vitamin D levels so I will check with the Nurse but if anybody here knows of any information I would be grateful.

I take
calcium
and vitamin d daily on medical advice. I eat healthily and my diet is as consistent as possible. We eat a mix of meat, veg and vegan. I don’t drink alcohol as it messes with bisoprolol. Don't smoke. Try to walk every day. I’m not sure what my perfect dose is.
