question: I know that there are protols for regular blood PSA and sometimes Testosterone when on SOC following RT and during the 2-3 years ADT (with localised high risk G9-10). My excellent ONC does a full biochemistry every 3 months with a face to face meeting which is great, but I will have to

LU 177- Pluvicto- Help with reducing damage to Lacrimal glands, Salivary Glands and the Liver
My husband has his first of 6 injections of LU-177 - Pluvicto in about a week. His MO/RO provided zero help with how to mitigate the side effects of damage to lacrimal, salivary glands and the liver. There was a PubMed clinical study where they iced the neck, gave eye drops, 10% mannitol IV before

I've been on these and both caused augmentation and with both was increased to maximum dose yet still had restless legs causing sleepless nights, anxiety and depression. Before I went onto medication I found out I was severely anaemic, I don't know how it happened to me as I was previously fit and healthy

Oh dear! it's that 'senior moment' time again
Oooops. Yesterday I posted asking if anyone had issues with long term use of Lisinopril, but what I really wanted was feedback on long term usage of Lansoprozole! (Take your pick: brain fog, senility etc.) I was prescribed Lansoprozole to minimise the risk of stomach damage from Clopidogrel, following

Vitamin A - retinol.
Dr. John Campbell posted a video about how low vitamin A (retinol) levels predispose a person to experience pneumonia from the Mycoplasm pneumoniae which is currently at near epidemic levels among children in northern China. No surprise here to be honest considering the severe lockdowns. Children have

Hi all, I previously posted on behalf of my Mom. TSH, B12, folate and vitamin D below was taken 21/12/23. GP prescribed 50,000 unit 1 a week for 6 weeks vitamin D caps. So we see the ones called calceous 400 unit with calcium 1 twice a day did not maintain her level. So that could be one reason why she

T3 and updates.
Hope everyone is having a good day and not pouring it down and misty as it is here. Managed to have a telephone consultation with my usual Dr. today that I feel was helpful. My T3 result was done with my last tests and is 4.5 which said in normal range. I only had one thyroid test prior to beginning

One year ago, my spasticity was so severe I took too many Baclofen tablets at the same time, that I almost died! Now I take 1 Tizanidine at bedtime. I also have a small notebook I keep next to all the muscle-relaxing pills and log in what I take to make sure I never overdose on muscle relaxing drugs

I had an AVR 2 years ago and get an annual CT scan to check that all is well. Medication wise - I am on bisoprolol, eplenerone, losartan, furosemide, colecalciferol and warfarin. My INR is monitored re the latter. My query is what involvement, if any should I get from the GP? I have an annual telephone

HI, I've lowered my Dexa results in a year (but still higher than 5 years ago) All areas are in osteopenia now with spine being the worst at -2.1. I didn't realize you shouldn't change machines so last year it was -2.9 but I think that was part error. My doc is checking with place because differences
