steroids
Hi there, I am 2 years post oesophagectomy, and I am now on steroids dexamethasone, but I am having terrible rashes on my legs and arms that keep on bleeding. I am on a 2mg daily dose, but the doctor has advised to go to a 1mg daily dose. Has anyone else had a problem with steroids?

The difference between steroids like Dexamethasone and Medrol Dose Pack, plus radiation of lymph nodes behind the trachea.
My cousin's husband is undergoing radiation. They are giving him 13 spot radiation treatments in a few areas. They found some lymph nodes behind his trachea which they are radiating. They also are radiating 3 thoracic vertebrae, 5, 6, and 7. They are doing all the radiation at one time. I have a lot

Pulsed Steroids
I've looked into steroids before, usually searching "steroids for spasticity" This time, I searched "for demyelination". Get this... https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19001164 This steroid regimen leads to significant improvement in weakness and disability in all patients treated and to off-treatment

Nalakrats recently provided a mineral ratio for bone health [1]. It included "500mg of Phosphorus". I have always assumed that most get plenty of phosphorus from their diets.
