RLS and Glyxambi: empagliflozin 25 mg linagliptin 5mg
I've been able to add a half patch of 5mcg
buprenorphine
for the last three days of the 20 mcg patch to boost it but I'm getting breakthrough on the other days as well. It's not major symptoms but definitely so I can't stay lying in bed.

The RLS nightmare
Now I am trying to get off the pain drug which is
buprenorphine
/Nalox. I am down to an 8th of my dose but cannot stop taking it because it is the only thing that shuts down the RLS. I am trying a product called Restlex to see if it helps, so far no help.

Gabapentin
I presumed that I had the RLS that needed
buprenorphine
or methadone, can't think of the name of it, which cannot be prescribed in Greece, where I live. In desperation I tried Gabapentin, thinking it was the same as Pregabalin, but thank God that I did as it seems to be working.

PLMD and RLS Update
I do have a question for the Viewers please: the sleep specialist at Mayo placed me on 1 mg tablet,
buprenorphine
/nalox, under the tongue for absorption. I am not sure if she prescribed this to substitute for the 5 mg methadone I am taking, and to gradually wean off the opiate.

More cold Turkey!
I took
buprenorphine
in the past and had problems with Nausea and constipation. I didn't like it very much but after the last 8weeks of hell it is starting to look more attractive! Any advice about this would be most welcome. One last question. Is pregabalin better than Gabapentin?

Suboxone works!
Also known as
Buprenorphine
and Naloxone 2 mg/0.5 mg. It is a sublingual film that I put under my tongue. It was life changing. My first dose was at noon, and I slept all night with no kicking. It was nothing short of amazing. Life was worth living again.

BUPRENORPHINE
Then an angel by the name of Shumbah told us on Health Unlocked about
Buprenorphine
. I was seeing a pain doctor and asked him to prescribe the
Buprenorphine
in lieu of Oxy and he did, but with naloxone.

Buprenorphine and Naloxone 2mg/0.5 mg sublingual film
From the post I am reading, it seems 2 mg of
Buprenorphine
is way much more than everyone is taking.
Buprenorphine
has been so effective on my RLS, I am finally able to lie in bed without kicking my legs. I'd feel very bad if I can't tolerate it.

Looking for advice, yet again, please.
I feel I have exhausted absolutely every other avenue, so praying that I may, at least be able to trial
Buprenorphine
, which seems to be so beneficial to so many.

Fed up and suicidal Earlier this year I stopped taking
Buprenorphine
10mg patch as felt it was not helping and within 24 hours all bowel problems disappeared. However back on normal meds co- codamol, Metformin ‘ lisinopril andRosivasttin.

RETURN OF PLMD AFTER 9 MONTHS OF BURPRENOROHINE SUBLINGUAL.
I started taking 0.6 mg of
Buprenorphine
in sublingual tablets about 9 months ago. My PLMs were instantly eliminated - a result unobtained via other medication.

Success (I hope) with Gabapentin
I can't get
buprenorphine
where I live but my GP is lovely and tried to help me. We decided to try gabapentin and believe it or not it seems to be working. I've had the best sleeps in years with the help of some codeine. I've been cutting down every night on the codeine and adding a bit more gaba.

Update on...Buprenorphine seems to be failing! Help!
Also, does anyone know what the equivalent dosage of
buprenorphine
is if I'm using 20mcg patches compared with the oral forms of the medication- I just want to know if I'm on a low, or higher dose for RLS. Thank you.

Or is it the
Buprenorphine
patches I am on that have caused it? Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

BUPRENORPHINE SUBLINGUAL BREAKDOWN AFTER 9 MONTHS TOTAL TREATMENT SUCCESS.
A week ago I titrated from the very successful 0.6 mg
Buprenorphine
sublingual I’d been on for 9 months during which time my PLMS disappeared completely. But they returned 7 days or so back so with my doctors’ reluctant support the dosage was increased to 2 x 0.4 tablets = 0.8.

buprenorphine -what next
I’ve been on
buprenorphine
for about 2 months now. I take 600 micrograms. I have also been slowly reducing from pregabalin by 25 mg every two weeks and am now on 100mg. I had nausea when I started
buprenorphine
but that stopped after a couple of weeks only to return.

Two questions concerning RLS
I am taking 1.4mgs of
buprenorphine
which unfortunately still doesn’t completely cover my symptoms of RLS. I have found though that if l have the ACCORD brand then l get much better cover.
