First degree AV block - can it be caused by bisoprolol?
Hi All, This morning I did a ‘random’ Kardia (6L) ECG and it came back that I was in sinus Rythm with wide QRS. It was a one off and five mins later I did another one (and many others since) and all in normal SR. I sent it off for a clinician review as I’ve been worried about it all day and they’ve come

Ibrance and neuropathy? Please help.
Hello I wonder if anyone taking similar meds to me has experienced neuropathy in their hands and arms? I’ve been taking Ibrance for only 5 months, together with Femara (letrozole), Zoladex (Goserelin), and Zometa (Reclast). I’m getting a lot of pins and needles, tingling, in my arms. It’s worse at night

Anyone on Afinitor ?
Looks like a drug change is in my future. I have been on Ibrance for nearly 6 years and my onc is taking me off it...because of progression... I have had the Ibrance in 3 different combos , the last being with Faslodex for the past 2 years. But once again there is progression and we will be making

No Evidence of Disease!!
Hello. I read often but seldom post. I was diagnosed with MBC in late January 2021. Have been in Ibrance 125 and Faslodex since February 2021. My mets are in my liver only. I have been asymptomatic from the beginning (MBC found in scan for another issue). I see my oncologist monthly and like her

10 days afib now finished HR too low?
After 10 days of seeing heart rate mainly over 100 but zooming up and down, it is now on the 50s and little energy to move. Presumable the Bisoprolol working too well. Is this normal? I am not faint or dizzy

The importance of speaking to the right person & being persistent.
Well I went back into AFib 9 days after CV. Tachycardia, breathless ,light headed. I phoned the Arrythmia nurses number & was told it is a shame it didn't work but to get my Gp to do an ECG & send it to email. They would look at it & go from there.Probably decide to do a 24 monitor & see me in clinic.Waiting

Not to complain, but . . . maybe I need some reassurance?
I had a rough time in the recovery period from my cryo ablation at the end of June last year, after a promising start. Then, since October last year I've had a lovely period without any major problems. Sure, I'm sensitive now to whatever my heart is doing, and when I lie down in bed I can feel my heart

What is your experience with Verzenio as I was.just changed from Ibrance?
Hi Ladies- I am abruptly changing from Ibrance which I feel sad about as I had hoped to get 2.5 years like the median but have to move on after 18 months on Ibrance.

Guardant360 cdx genetic test
My onc ordered a second genetic test. https://guardant360cdx.com/getting-answers/ I had invitae first. I’m going on 3 months in of Ibrance, Letrozole and Xcheva. Wondering if anyone had more than one genetic test and was it different results. Just curious I know everyone is different.

Swollen glands in neck and throat on Ibrance and Letrozole
I’m on my week off of Ibrance. I had a very dry nose and used neilmed nado gel dry nose spray. Wondering if this caused an issue. Has anyone had swollen glands in neck throat and jaw?

Weekend on Beautiful Northumberland Coast UK. Sun is shining.
On antibiotics due to tooth problem. Week off Ibrance but decided to take myself and son age 19 to the Northumberland Coast for the weekend an hour and a half from home. We have had the best day ever visiting castles and beaches including the spiritual Holy Island. I rubbed a sample of Lindisfarne Mead

Hi everyone I have had a sore tooth , back molar and earache for a few days, feel ok tho and no temperature My dentist said infection and has given me ampicillin for 7 days. Thought I could just take them with Ibrance but apparently not. I rang oncology to tell them I was taking them and they said

Coming off drugs b4 ablation
I’m on amlodipine (Ca channel blocker) and metoprolol (beta blocker). Plus flecainide (Na channel blocker). All fairly low doses. I have to come off them before my fourth ablation for four days so not looking forward to that. Anyone experienced withdrawal symptoms doing same?

Dana Farber IBrance Holiday Study - Anyone Done This?
Hi fellow MBC’ers: If IBrance stops working the next line of treatment is typically not preferred but necessary. Plus, we know the longer you can stay on your first line of treatment, the better. Dana Farber’s research shows that a 7 week “holiday” from IBrance then restarting results in IBrance working

Nerve block injection
I’ve had neck and shoulder pain for years tried everything without any real relief. Next moth I have an appointment with a radio neurologist, where I am to be given a nerve block injection in the even that this will work. I’ve heard so many discouraging things about this injection, and would welcome
