Changing times.
I am STILL on Ibrance and Anastrozole, after being on this treatment for 5 years. But I fear things are about to change as I am now showing up as anaemic all the time, (each monthly blood test.) And My CA markers are on the rise, constantly. And my neutrophils are constantly too low to go straight into

PRAISE GOD NEGATIVE!!! My gynecologist/oncologist said that we will see what the next Petscan looks like. If it still lights up then we will do a biopsy. Not sure why it is showing up on Petscan. She said some times urine can back up in the cervix 🤔🤔🤔. And this will cause it to show up. Otherwise

My tumor markers over two months have been stuck at 79? is gone from 330 down to 79. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do?
I started Ibrance about 6 months ago.. When I started my tumor markers were at 330. Since starting Ibrance my markers have dropped every month and are now down to 79. They were at 79 last month as well now they seem stuck. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to get the markers moving

CT scan
I started on Ibrance and Anastrozole roughly in June 2023. Took it for 2 months and had to go off Ibrance for 5 weeks for surgery. Back on it for a month. Has a CT scan which showed more bone Mets and increased size. A node in lungs which was not seen on previous scan 6 months ago. Discouraged to think

Pelvic /SI joint pain Radiation update

Ibrance fatigue vs Verzenio fatigue
Hello all, I recently switched from Ibrance to Verzenio. Still less than a month ago. With Ibrance my fatigue was more like slogging through deep mud everyday and forcing myself to do things. My Verzenio fatigue feels more like a weakness fatigue and my stamina is virtually nonexistent. Has anyone noticed

5/2 alternative schedule for ibrance study
Copied from under "Abstract" paragraph: Palbociclib, 5-days-on/2-days-off weekly, met its primary endpoint with reduced G3 + ANC, without compromising efficacy. sTK1 is prognostic and shows promise in monitoring the palbociclib response. ClinicalTrials.gov#: NCT3007979. Here's the whole article. If

best treatment after Xeloda?
I was diagnosed with MBC in Feb 2022 with bone mets. I am HER2 low ER positive. I have been on kisquali, Ibrance, Faslodex, and lastly 4 rounds of Xeloda. Nothing seems to stop my progression, Kisquali sent my liver enzymes sky high. Ibrance/Faslodex progression was slow and markers rose. Xeloda
