If only issue is low AMH, why haven’t we conceived!?
Feeling frustrated going into another round with only an extra trigger and some extra medication (regarding insulin, my uterine
biopsy
was borderline for this but kindly said they would prescribe after some convincing!).

Anxiously waiting
I was wondering if anyone could tell me, is it normal for the
biopsy
to be scheduled a month later? The doctor hasn’t given him anything, but I seen in the visit notes he plans to do radiation and Lupon. I was wondering if this normal procedure to wait this long? Thanks for any answers

prostrate cancer growth
I decided on RP after
biopsy
and PMSA scan which showed it contained with seminal vesicles invasion. That was in June 2023. After pathology report and decipher test I ended up a G9 and .94 decipher. First psa came back .34 so straight to ADT and am 6 away from finishing 37 EBRT treatments.

Only Just Diagnosed
My question is this diagnosis came from a blood test , do the blood test provide all of the above information or will I need a bone marrow
biopsy
to get a definitive and accurate diagnose ( I can't find anything that tells me this on line).

Well I didn't expect that.
Anyway I now eagerly wait for a scan,
biopsy
and kemo/radio and vomiting. What a way to celebrate my second anniversary. Time for a visit to the very greasy spoon for deep fried colesteral and lard.😂😉

Prefibrotic Myelofibrosis and I hate Hydroxyurea (HU)
After bone marrow aspiration and
biopsy
, diagnosis changed to prefibrotic myelofibrosis. HU had brought platelets down to 270 but I suffered from very bad side effects. Dr didn’t want to change med or dosage. I resisted He finally agreed to 3x a week.

accurate, I had a fibro scan in March 2023 CAP 272 KPA 12.8 IQR 12%, he says I have NAFLD because all my bloods are normal, I don't drink at all now but was only a occasional drinker when I did at social events, the other consultant has agreed that he believes its NAFLD but says I will need a liver

Xtandi is failing
In February 2023 I was also diagnosed with Barrett’s oesophagus, a
biopsy
showed some precancerous growth that has been surgically removed - I have 1 last day procedure to remove any remainder.

UK and abiraterone availability
But at least olaparib is now available for BRCA, though there is something of a backlog on
biopsy
testing apparently. But again worth a question for those who are progressing on Abi or Enza.

to try and figure things out. Dialysis may be necessary. Regarding drugs, they have to be very careful with tacrolimus levels.

Rising PSA...again..
In December 2017 I was diagnosed with prostate cancer after a
biopsy
. I ignored the symptoms for many years and it cost me. In February 2018 I had surgery to remove my prostate hoping that would cure me, PSA never went to 0.

Not shocked in the least
A fibroscan in the doctors office that was terrible, and finally, a
biopsy
that showed mild NASH. Now, I doubt that 20 years of statins are not an insignificant factor.....but let's be honest here.
