Stopped taking Linaclotide (Constella/Linzess) for chronic (idiopathic) constipation, a new medicine for me to try.
He said that I should better use linaclotide, a secretagogue (Constella/Linzess) (better transit/may lower abdominal pain/stimulates secretion of chloride/
bicarbonate
/water into the intestinal lumen) on a daily basis and maybe 1-3 times during the week bisacodyl 5mg, if still necessary.

Alpro Almond Milk..... why do they do this? Any chemists have words of advice?
I stopped having cow's milk sometime ago and have been very happy using Alpro Almond milk instead. It contains Vitamins D2, E, B2 and B12 and calcium as shown in the photo. I noticed today that the packaging had changed and thought to myself "I wonder if anything else has?" So I checked. Yes indeed

I have just been diagnosed with Osteoporosis T -2.9 in hips and spine at 64 years old. Dr prescribed biophosphates as my risk of fracture is high (statistically in paper). The thought of having drugs with side effects makes me run a mile and so I started my research that brought me here. I was prepared

Calcium citrate
I can’t take calcium carbonate so take this instead but I’m having trouble finding it in a tablet/capsule size I can easily swallow. Citracal Petites are recommended but I can’t find anywhere that sells them in the UK that doesn’t have dreadful reviews on Trustpilot. Any recommendations?

Food grade Bicarbonate of Soda
Lately I have been troubled by heel pain and right side lower abdominal pain. 2 kilos of
Bicarbonate
of Soda arrived today. I obviously thought I needed a lot. Can anyone help? Otherwise, the fridge gets it.

Soluble tablet shock
They are soluble and fizz because they are a bit like
bicarbonate
of soda 3 soluble co-codable or paracetamol is the equivalent to a tea spoon of salt and if you take the full dose of 8 in day it’s almost your full recommend salt intake before anything else.

E.Coli/UTI
As a result of some symptoms I reported to my Transplant Coordinator (“TC”) because I was recently prescribed Sodium
Bicarbonate
for the low CO2 result in my blood test, the TC ordered a Urine Culture test for me at LabCorp. It came back with a “colony” of bacteria in my bladder.

Radioactive Iodine 1990 - Recovering 2022 (How?)
I have tried most alternatives recommended, settled on Coconut Oil with a little
Bicarbonate
of Soda. I make herbal mouthwash with distilled water, Rosemary and Star Anise I apply D3/K2 topically and soak my feet (or whole self) in Epsom Salts for magnesium. I'm not sure what I've done right.

Low bone density due to high levels of natural fluoride in drinking well water?
Apologies for repeating this question but I have not been able to find it on the website or any replies to it. So first question - How do I find a question that I have posted, along with any responses? But the original question - I have been diagnosed by my GP as having low bone density after a scan

Update
I have started supplementing with Betaine HCL in the interim as I didn't burp at all after doing the
bicarbonate
of soda test and I seem to have many symptoms of low stomach acid. I'm curious to know if my persisting symptoms might mean that I need a dose increase/more T3?

Osteoporosis help naturally, no meds!
I was diagnosed this last June and would love input from others as I refused the medication Fosamax but decided to improve my situation naturally through healthy eating, exercises and supplements. Changed from Calcium carbonate to citrate, added K2 for better calcium absorption. Seeing a physical therapist
