Low Testosterone and value of continuing Hormone Therapy

Hi all. Hope you are keeping your spirits high. This is a follow up to a post I made in 2022 about my father. strange drop in PSA
My PSA dropped from 1.03 in July 2023 to 0.248 in February 2024. It's never been anywhere near this low, since I began getting tested in my 50s, even before I was diagnosed in 2008 (Gleason 7). I'm 77. I'm not on ADT, don't have metastatic disease. Since HIFU in 2015, which was a hemi-ablation but left

Thursday, my husband had his follow-up appointment with Oncologist. I was very alarmed at some of his blood test results. His PSA went up to 1600. Doctor said other blood work was to be expected. I researched surged in PSA and found this, The PSA flare is a well-known phenomenon. The post chemotherapy

Three pluses and one negative. Breast met is gone, prostate shrunk to near normal size, nagalase dropped from 1.55 to 1.37 . The negative is PSA jumped from 14 to 22. Which is more accurate the nagalase test or the PSA?
