Rapidly Rising PSA

without going into too much detail I was treated with SBRT for mets on my spine that showed up on a ga68 PSMA Pet scan in july 2021

I have been on Zoladex for 4 years and Xtandi for 20 months

My PSA in Nov 2022 was 0.27

by Nov 2023 it was up to 2.40 and now Feb 2024 it is 5.70

Time for a PSMA PET scan? if so which one?

Get the same PET scan you got before so the results are comparable.

Consider the PRESIDE protocol:

If this helps, I started on Nubeqa 300mg this week. This is after a psma pet scan Dec 19, 2024 that my prostate cancer (Gleason 9) metastasized in my spine - thoracic 1-5..

I do not know the cost. Read a letter today from Aetna Insurance telling me they approved coverage for it.
