Paxlovid and newly diagnosed
Hi all, I’ve tested postive for CoVId (this morning) and have been prescribed a 5 day course of Paxlovid. I was diagnosed with CLL exactly a month ago today. Had a flu jab a week ago. Not quite sure where I picked it up from. I do work with small children in a school so possibly one of them! Am on watch

So i booked an Flu jab at my local supermarket pharmacy. I turn up all ready, go through all the questions etc etc and then this wave of panic hits me and I walk out without having it done.I had this sense of "What if's" anxiety and left. I did apologise for wasting their time. Now ive had flu shots

Update hcg levels rising
Hi! I would like to update everyone, I'm not miscarrying and apparently my hcg levels are rising well, I have been confirmed pregnant yay but there is still a chance it could be ectopic but unlikely because I don't have any of the symptoms apart from bleeding which the progesterone gel could have caused

Worried I might have lung cancer
Hello everyone, I have had a cough for a while. For over four months I've had a pain under my left lung. My doctor thought it was muscular. I had a blood test which showed my calcium levels were a little high so I was sent for another one and get the results in a couple of days. I had an ecg which was

Early Miscarriage?!
I don’t really have any questions, just wanting to post my experience. I would be 5 weeks tomorrow, from my second transfer. Last night I woke up with a sudden feeling of my period coming on, very mild lower abdominal cramp. When I went to the loo I had heavy red blood and diarrhoea. I felt weak

started bleeding 19 days past ovulation
Hi! I got a faint positive line on a few tests and very low hcg a few days ago, I'm waiting for blood test results today to see if level has raised, I have started having dark brown with rusty red spotting so I'm convinced I've had a chemical pregnancy, has anyone experienced something similar and still

MRI Cardiac Myocardial Viability
Hi, I posted last year about various problems I’ve been having and things haven’t yet improved. My angiogram was clear, my stress test was ok other than me being in bundle branch block for most of it (I felt ok). However the echocardiogram and 24 hour ECG have clearly shown various issues, some structural

normal ECG?
Hi, does anyone else use Kardia Mobile to record their ECG? I’ve used it for about 6 months now and when I feel I have particularly bad chest pain and breathlessness I record my ECG. Every time it comes out as normal sinus rhythm which is great. My question is, would myocarditis and pericarditis show

Can these failures all caused by a single polyp? Help please! (4th failed transfer potentially...)
Hello my dear IVF warriors! No good news again I am afraid... My 9DPT5DT HCG blood level came back as <1. Even though doctor suggested to continue with meds but I know my chance for this round is slim. We had Hysteroscopy + PGS tested embryo + intralipid + HCG flush. However it is still failing

Which BP medication should I ask my doc for?
I been through many different BP medications. I started many years ago with Lisinopril, but got the classic cough. Moved to Amlodipine, then Candesartan, then Indapamide, back to Amlodipine, Lercanidipine and now back on Indapamide. Each worked to reduce my BP, but each had side effects I wasn't happy

Vaccinations and bloodwork
I have a checkup coming soon at MD Anderson and want to get my flu shot. Would the vaccination affect my bloodwork before my visit? I typically get sick with either the flu or covid vaccinations for a day or two.
