My history: Afib since 2014- cardio version, (symptomatic)Flecanide pill in pocket-2015-2017. After getting three episodes in one week I had my First ablation- 2017- had two more ablations 2018-19. (Afib free ten- eleven months I better) unable to take more flecanide because of long qt on ekg
2020 I went to well known EP in Texas -1000 miles from me. he ablated the left appendage and put a watchman in 2021
Life was good resting heart rate 59- no meds
2022 mild trouble some beats - like a extra beat when going to sleep after reclining it would stop and I’d sleep beautifully- no problem till following evening etc
End of 22-to now- But this is so different- heart rate rises and falls- first noticed with exercising- then
Tough stuff - trying to communicate with Dr 1000 miles away/ he will do another ablation

Since you already have a watchman device, I guess you are under Plavix or half dose of Eliquis already prescribed per his habits? Please see with a local ep to have an echo or he can order it too to see if any structural changes since we are getting older, atriums try to get enlarged easily and might cause some new rogue sources. In a nutshell, not much to worry for now unless your heart rate got to high or dizziness or chest pain then call 911.
