Pharmacist's interview
On collecting my prescription for Azithromycin yesterday from Boots, I was asked if I had time for a quick word with the pharmacist. Turns out it's because of the above antibiotic and possible resistance. I explained that it was prescribed by my Consultant year-round and I have proved I need it because

Got my emergency meds just incase
Cons gave me script for Clarithromycin. Just incase I got chesty over Xmas, hopefully won't need it, but good to know I've got a plan in place. I can't take Erythromycin but apparently this one is not the same and you only need it twice a day not 4 times like Erythromycin. This one has lot less side

Azithromycin and side effects - how long do they last?
Has anyone suffered from side effects of this medicineI am hoping that those who had suffered the side effects have recovered. Can anyone comment on their recovery? I took the 5-day course 2 weeks ago and I am still experiencing slight dizziness/unsteadiness when I walk, a strange fuzzy heavy head pressure

Struggling with nausea....
As a result of EDS, I have gastroparesis. I am 45 and weigh 5 stone. I survive on liquid foods apart from jelly sweets and one plain gluten free muffin which is soft and dissolves in the mouth (hence my treat of the day and the only solid-like thing I eat). I struggle to drink even water each day and

Chlamydia diagnosis
Hi I was diagnosed with chlamydia on 29/09 and got the treatment straight away that same day. I had no symptoms before diagnosis and I have not had sex since my time of infection or since the treatment. So it's been nearly 2 weeks since treatment and it's says I should be clear after 7 days but since

Azithromycin antibiotics
My consultant has changed my inhalers and put me on azithromycin. One tablet three times a week for 3 months minimum. Seems a lot as I'm not keen on pills. Has anyone out there taken this, your help please.
