Went castrate resistant after a year of Orgovyx --now PSA still climbing after 30 days of Zytiga. PSMA scan shows two spine mets. Now what?
My cancer seems pretty aggressive. Whenever it starts to rise slowly after one treatment or another, 6 months later PSA starts rising quicker. I'd love to try Lute177 but lack the funds. Are there clinical trials available in the US?

I am in my fifth year now, cast rate resistant, and have had radiation to a few spots in my pelvis, including my prostate. Information please on next treatment options
My husband was diagnosed in Jan 2020 with stage 4 prostate cancer with bone metastasis. He is castrate-resistant. He is on Lupron every three months. Zytiga failed after about a year. He is now on his fourth chemo (cab) which the doctor thinks is not working. He mentioned four options that he thinks

Follow up period of OVM-200 Clinical Trial
I had visit 8/10 yesterday which was 1/3 follow up visits with bloods taken and bone scan PSA, ALP and antibody testing per the protocol from the blood. I got PSA and ALP results today. PSA undetectable at less than 0.01 (different machine to normal) ALP in 'green' normal zone (below median) No antibody

Anti-arithmetic meds with Paxil (Paroxetine) - an anxiety med.
Was just wondering if anyone is on or has tried Flecainide or Propafenone while also taking Paxil (Paroxetine)? If so, how did it work out? Side effects or health issues or none at all? Thank you for anyone who cares to reply!

Anti-Arithmetic meds while taking Paxil (Paroxetine) - an anxiety med.
Does anyone take Paxil (Paroxetine) with Flecainide or Propafenone? Both these AFIB meds work better for vagal AFIB. Was just wondering if anyone mixed these two drugs, and if it has worked out or not? Thank you for any and all replies!

Ambroxol and Parkinson’s
a clinical trial of ambroxol called ‘Ambroxol to Slow Progression in Parkinson’, or the ‘ASPro – PD’ trial, will begin. This is a large phase 3 clinical trial to determine if ambroxol can slow or stop Parkinson’s. It is led by Professor Anthony Schapira at University College London and is funded by Cure

Persistent Afib
Thank you all for your encouraging replies to my post yesterday. Yes unless I have something wrong with me or I over exercise my heart rate does not go above 100. The only worrying concern is the Kardia readings which consistently show a variation of between 2.5 and 6.5 squares in one reading. If you

Gca Flare after 5 years ?
I was diagnosed GCA by biopsy in December 2017 and had all the classic symptoms, one was migraine aura which stopped once on 60mg. I've been tapering very slowly and got to 1 mg in September this year. Two weeks ago I had a migraine aura, my first since 2018. The only other symptom is some scalp tenderness

AV Node ablation.
I have a meeting with my EP in 3 weeks time to discuss my ongoing afib issues. I'm assuming he will be advising me to go ahead with an AV node ablation to help control my afib, which l now get every other day lasting on average for 4/5 hours. Although there are lots of positive stories here regarding

Immunocompromised
I’m currently in a clinical trial receiving infusions of a drug similar to rituximab, and therefore immunocompromised. I am a public employee and in a battle with my employer. I was working remotely for 2 years, and my job is easily accomplished remotely. They are now requiring me to come back full
