I had visit 8/10 yesterday which was 1/3 follow up visits with bloods taken and bone scan
PSA, ALP and antibody testing per the protocol from the blood. I got PSA and ALP results today.
PSA undetectable at less than 0.01 (different machine to normal)
ALP in 'green' normal zone (below median)
No antibody result sent but told next Wednesday they will discuss my bone scan and will feed back to me.
Same again at day 113 and day 169.
I'll try to find out next week where they are at with previous cohorts and any evidence of immune responses but PSA/ALP is all I know for now with no change from my stable pre trial position.

Thanks for keeping us here at FPC updated on your trial experience. You give us a valuable window into a possible major advance in PCa treatment. Best of Luck with the rest of the labs and as you complete the last two rounds of the treatment!
Great news...thanks for participaing and posting the update...I have not heard a word from the trial coordinator, so I am looking at a different trial...
One of my friend in london contacted dr william finch at +44 (0)1865 784074, he was very cordial and patiently answers questions, you can try that way. He later mail us as well.
Thanks for the information... at this point, I am still looking around at several trials, but may call....good luck on getting into the trial... sorry about the delay in responding, but personal life is forcing me to participate on the forum on a sporadic basis ...
I eventually had phone call re bone scans on first follow up meeting. Still showing all clear on this technology so all seems quiet from my PCa atm. I have now had 6 months undetectable PSA and normal ALP plus bone scans now showing clear ( not had a PSMA PET scan since post chemo. December 21 I had tumours pop up all over my skeleton plus activity still in the prostate itself. I had such a lot of treatment I have no idea what did what!
Re OVM- 200 I had it confirmed I had antibody testing at first follow up blood test but the Dr said he had to ask the sponsor to release the results.
No idea therefore if OVM-200 has triggered an immune response but next cohort get a higher dose is my understanding!
Great news... thanks for keeping us in the loop....we are all watching with serious interest... It is what is needed....an "off the shelf" vaccine that hold cancer(s) at bay as other treatments take effect...
Really good news that everything is looking ok. We have finally heard back from the trial people just to confirm that the name has been registered. Hoping you have a fantastic immune response and thank you again for keeping us informed. It makes such a big difference getting different insights into various trials.
Fantastic news. I actually would have preferred the Sarah Cannon in Harley St from a ‘likely to be a better experience’ point of view and also next cohort getting the higher dose subject to my cohort having no adverse reactions which I certainly have had nothing!
However pleased I took the offer despite the chaos that is UCLH and if I show no antibody response I have helped move the science on and the next cohort with a higher dose might hit the spot.
Not heard whether the sponsor is prepared to release the antibody test result but I guess it makes no difference if I know or not!
Thanks for the update Nicola and keep us in the loop. Two more follow up visits for me.
We had to swap to UCLH to get any sort of reply so you didn't miss out with Sarah Cannon - they just didn't get back about anything. UCLH still need some stuff from us before he is fully registered - they don't want to just rely on a referral from Finland but I think this is something to do with funding. Hopefully we can sort it out and start the process to see if he is actually eligible but at least he is on some sort of list. I hope the sponsor releases the info to you - isn't a weird world when you can't find out information about your own body but I guess they have to protect their product. Hopefully you are bursting with antibodies.
Thanks Nicola. If you need a uk consultant referral I can recommend my MO who does at least know about the Finland protocol and did my referral to the trial. He works privately out of London Oncology Centre.
ovm 200 100 trial. prostate cancer with bone mets. needs staging bone scan at week 8 of trial
Comparison:
Wholebody bone scan of 19/10/21.
Findings:
There is mild uptake in the right patellofemoral, knee, ankle, midfoot, and first MTP joints in keeping with degenerative arthropathy. There is mild focal uptake of the acromioclavicular, glenohumeral, sternoclavicular, wrists joint which appears physiological.
No suspicious focal uptake.
The pevious areas of focal uptake at the 5th costovertebral region and in the upper thorasic spine posteriorly are no longer visualised.
Conclusion:
No evidence of bone metastases/metabolically active lesions on bone scan.
My time spent playing in goal as a young man had consequences as each area mentioned matches to a footie injury of old!
