I started taking Ritalin for exhaustion and my inability to focus - I like it but what if I add back in Modafinil for an extra boost?
Ritalin 10mgs and I've noticed it really helps me to focus, but still a little draggey energy wise. what if I was to take the modafinil 200mgs an hour after the Ritalin? I've only been on the Ritalin for 5 days, do I might just be impatient.. Any suggestions appreciated!

Marijuana
I have posted something similar to this before, but I'll expand on it slightly. I used to love smoking weed back in the day. Loved it, couldn't imagine life without it. I always saw the whole "medical marijuana" as just a cop out for people to get stoned. Then I stopped for about 18 years. But the

Hello, Maybe I am posting in the right place. First my doctor thought I had chronic fatigue, then MS, but after my latest visit she said she’d run a vlcfa test. She isn’t a very good doctor to be honest. Forcing me out of the door. After I returned home, I Googled vlcfa. Mostly

Methylphenidate Good First-Choice Pediatric ADHD Drug
I found this article very interesting & thought I'd share. Granted, if you found a medication strategy that works for you, definitely don't change it, as it really varies from person to person. https://www.psychiatryadvisor.com/adhd/methylphenidate-good-first-choice-pediatric-adhd-drug/article/789207

Eradicating Adderall Forever
Now, not to get you confused, but many days I didn't even take the
Armodafinil
and be just fine. In fact, the
Armodafinil
seems pretty useless to me because you're supposed to only take it once a day, especially at a 250mg dosage.

Fatigue
Wow I thought that I was bad taking 3 1/2 weeks to shake the cold I had but now the fatigue has gotten so bad that I can barely get up. I manage to get my grandson to school and back but that’s the extent of the day. Thank God his schools only 4 miles away. I’m having a hard time adjusting to this. Normally

Modafinil
Hello, my husband has Tourette’s and has never taken medicine as long as I’ve know him. He said he did as a child and didn’t like the way he made it feel. His Tourette’s isn’t so bad I think. He recently asked GP to be referred to neurologist who he talked to about Modafinil and Dr agrees he may benefit

I have a question that someone might be able to help me with?
Hello all, I hope and pray y'all are hanging in there ok. With my increase of energy levels I'm sick and tired of my recliner! I want to drag it out to the yard and set fire to it at times! What a love/hate relationship I have with it! Anyhow, with the start of Modafinil i have a little more energy

1 month in since Diagnosis - this is the most baffling diease; doesn't help that DR's do not seem to have any answers that are worthwhile.
I have had Ocrevus, IV steroids; Modafinil and Baclofen for PPMS. None of these have helped, I'm still exhausted, have dropped 15 pounds (I didn't have to begin w/to lose). I take B12, D3, Niacin, C and Lecithin. Eat every vegetable and fruit I can work into my day in every possible form. I'm frustrated

Slowly giving up.
Ok so after my recent post about the NDT seeming to do nothing to help and the mass of supplements I've been taking ( seemingly at wrong doses or unnecessarily) I came to a huge decision. I've literally stopped the lot! I can't get any help from my doctor as I've tried and he's useless and now my head

Rock bottom
I'll try not to make this a woe is me post lol but I'm really needing some advice. Long story short - naff doctor has insisted for years my thyroid is fine and all my symptoms are down to Narcolepsy and fibro (which they could be) so I took a private blood test which came back as my thyroid at 5.7 and

Panic attacks are ruining my life. The meds I take do not help. Escitalopram, Effexor, Modafinil (for excess sleeping) and Venlafaxine.

Modafinil (smart drug)
Hi all Was wondering if anybody else was given Modafinil in recovery/rehabilitation of a brain haemorrhage? I was put on it in December 2012 during my rehabilitation and it brought me on so much. The rehab team made a video of me before I was on the drug and a few months later and the change was unbelievable

Fatigue is kicking my arse!
All jokes aside this fatigue thing is really starting to worsen. Now I do take Modafinil but lately it has not had the same effect. I’m here to ask the collective what else they have used to help. Do any of us have info on Ritalin or Adderall? Any and all guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Hello. First Post.
Just registered on this site, I was given my genetic test result last week and the nurologist then confirmed I had AMN. VLCFA blood test was earlier, high levels. And now I don't know what to do. I got some Baclofen from my GP a few months ago when he informed me my limping was in fact spasticity.

Spasticity (again) , constipation (again), fatigue (always).
It's always the same, much like my posts, but I'll say this again. About two weeks ago my spasticity was through the roof. Off the scale. And my fatigue, and, and here is the thing, I hadn't been to the toilet for one week. One week. That's a record for me. I'm used to the uncomfortable

Modafinil
I started to take Modafinil "Provigil" 100mg every morning because I could not stay awake and had little energy most days. To my surprise, my RLS was gone without using any other medicine. Not a recommendation just a pleasant surprise.

Good news and bad
I just received my second denial letter from SSDI for disability benefits. The disability attorney that I am working with tells me that this is sadly very typical, and that I will likely not be approved until I meet with an administrative law judge, which could be up to two years from now. Most people
