Stage 4, GL 9 seeking advice
After 10 months without pain, I'm starting to have pain in my back. Orgovyx and Zytiga have appeared to keep the cancer relatively quiet until now. Next month I turn 87. I'm quite healthy, apart from Prostate cancer. I have no illusions about a cure but would like to have as many QOL days as possible

rash reaction to Xtandi
I was taking Xtandi and developed a rash in a few places. my oncologist insisted on getting me off of this medication.. I went to the dermatologist and he explained that he has been able to help people stay on medication even if they develop a rash. The dermatologist did a biopsy and contacted the oncologist

Found a Reliable Place to Buy Enzalutamide Prostate Cancer Medication at Low Price
I found a trustworthy place to purchase Enzalutamide, a medication for prostate cancer, at a fair price. I bought it from Oddway International, an Indian pharmaceutical distributor. They were really helpful and answered all my questions patiently. The medicine arrived on time and at a price I could afford

Lung cancer stage 4
Just curious - have had cancer 6 times now, breast cancer x 3; bowel; lung; 5 times all operated on & fine, now this 6th time caused by the radiotherapy I had 25 years ago for my breast cancer caused my squamous lung cancer, not operable + of course no radiotherapy as I've had the max - was only discovered

Getting head around what to expect
I like to have facts. In times of stress I think Facts are our friend. Better to be prepared, mentally, physically, financially, with support systems, etc.. so looking for any insights as to what I should expect and prepare my husband, myself and my kids/family for in the weeks and months, years ahead

PSA from .08 to 2.1, after 2yrs ADT with zytiga and RT @59 yr
so seems to be back and waiting on PSMA PER SCAN. From what I understand, they usually look for something and do a scavenge RT treatment. Anyone who’s gone through this did you have to go back on ADT because that just sucks.. I had high risk Gleason score 9 anybody deal with this? I’m sure. Let me know

Gingko Biloba - Supplement Advice
Hello everyone, I'm reaching out for advice on using Ginkgo Biloba to combat brain fog. My previous experience with the Amitamin Ginkgo complex yielded promising results in boosting mental clarity. However, I've noticed it contains iodine (150ug), which I'd rather steer clear of. With that in mind

A question about radiation resistance
Last week a post was made about Decipher showing high radiation resistance. My decipher showed the same. Quick question. If you have had SBRT and it hasn't deliver a “killing dose” to tumor, is brachytherapy a follow up option? My PSA showed rise after SBRT, (from 8.6 to 12) Ro and Mo attributed

Hi! We’re beginning to research facilities for second opinions, next step guidance to supplement what we’re learning from our local doctor. My husband is BRCA2 positive, had a prostatectomy, salvage radiation and now his PSA is starting to creep back up. I know it’s too early to take additional treatment
