I was really poorly three years ago with anxiety didn’t go out felt shocking , started again three weeks ago I’m on 150 mg sertraline I’m so tense I can relax my shoulders are up near my ears and legs are so stiff and tense , also got a funny head and I’m exhausted please can someone help me what to

I don't have anxiety everyday and don't want to be put on a long term medication just something that takes the edge off when it creeps up (because it creeps up full force) I really need an outlet for everything I feel and people around me are tired of how my anxiety makes me not a fun/happy person

I have bad anxiety problems and am at a loss at what to do. I am on medication but sometimes it just isn't enough. Part of the bad thing about my anxiety is, I often miss quite a bit of sleep because of it.

Since loading doses still having headaches, the pins and needles have stopped but I feel weird I think it's anxiety my whole body feels like it's vibrating best I can describe. Is this normal for the loading doses to cause anxiety?

It’s very anxiety inducing and I lose a lot of sleep over this, how does everyone manage with the anxiety? I’m always thinking about having a cardiac arrest or not waking up in my sleep, having a stroke. Very aware it’s not a healthy way of thinking but I can become very pessimistic about it.
