Need advice
Last year in September I had a heart attack and had
angioplasty
and had three stints put in. I was also put on medication for heart and one of them is Clopidogrel. I am also on 75mg Aspirin and 135 mc Pegulated Interferon every three weeks.

7 Stents and counting!
My last Coronary
angioplasty
and stent insertion was back in October 2018, and worryingly I do have concerns about this additional procedure.

Grateful to be Alive
In less than 4 hours, I had an
angioplasty
and stent placement to correct a 98% blocked “ widow-maker” in my left coronary artery. Since then, I have changed my life completely.

Aching heart
On the up I don't have to have
angioplasty
now, I went for my pre op assessment and he said I had a narrowing of an artery in my groin (I had to have a CT scan in March as I had a blood clot in my little toe).

Couple of questions please :)
Also, does anyone have experience of ‘complicated
angioplasty
’ I have 2 narrowings on the LAD, one which is just before it splits into 2, and then another in a branch off from there.

I had an angiogram 2 weeks ago which then meant an urgent
angioplasty
- one branch of something was totally occluded , other bits were mildly affected and then the circumflex system had severe disease (70% and 90% affected) so 2 stents were inserted.

Still experiencing grumbling aches after heart attack
Just about 4 weeks ago I had a heart attack then an angiogram followed immediately by
angioplasty
. No stent but tubes cleared. I am still suffering from and ache in my left arm and across my back and in between my shoulder blades is this likely to be my heart settling down after the treatment.

Been referred for angioplasty and stent.
I have been referred for
angioplasty
and one stent. My blockage is about 2cm and so my stent may not be straight forward? Does anyone know how long my appointment will be ( been waiting 3 weeks) been told not to do too much as after stress test my heart was struggling a bit. On all the usual meds.
