can Bisoprolol cause heart problems if given wrongly? and when will the side effects stop?

I've used Bisoprolol 1.25mg for 2 years now no one checks me does blood pressure or blood tests and since taking it I have NOW a heart rhythm problems fast, slow missing a beat, constant dizziness, headaches, not being able to see properly, and the worst symptom is feeling you cannot breathe or that you will stop breathing. My asthma sprays don't work and they say I had a heart attack on the basis of T-Troponine levels 12 then 22 and 2 x PVC's on an ECG that was then normal for 8 hours. I am now terrified that through Bisoprolol I have now GOT heart problems or LUNG problems. No one will listen to me and they say I need angioplasty, stents and ablation with a pacemaker but haven't done any other test's. I do not trust the hospitals anymore as I get too many different views on what I have mainly that I have Panic attacks. Can anyone help with advice? as the professionals only seem to want money.

so sorry to hear how ill u are when u said all doctors r bothered about is getting money u r 100% right r u taking beta blockers if so have u gained ant weight

How old are you..ie are you an older person? I am given bisoprolol 10mg for rhythm problems SVT and it has helped considerably. Are you in UK as all patients in UK should have a named GP and you need to write with your concerns. When you say "they" who are you referring to GP or cardiologist? In order to get stents in UK you would have had various x-ray s and echo cardigans plus angioplasty.
