joint pain
ive been to the osteopath, had
acupuncture
and now the doctors are trying me on gout meds but apparently you can't get gout in 2 places at the same time. one thing I did wonder was I started using testosterone cream 3 months ago. Not sure that could cause such pain.

Something I've learned on my journey re: "dismissal by docs"
Gastroenterologists, endocrinologists, nutritionists, naturopaths,
acupuncture
, and on and on. I did a plethora of things on my own, trying various supplements, exercise, lost weight, eliminated alcohol and caffeine, various diets, probiotics...

Helpful ways to relieve peripheral neuropathy. Ideas welcome please.
Some ladies said
acupuncture
has provided some relief, others have said that
acupuncture
did not work. People have also mention Vit B/B12 and Icy Hot cream? I have been looking online at foot massagers and foot spas.

Have you found a way to cure/improve your peripheral neuropathy?
I see that some people have also mentioned that
acupuncture
helped to relieve the pain and others have said that
acupuncture
did not work for them. Others have said Vitamin B/B12. I do use cream and oil on my feet regularly and try and massage my feet as often as i can.

Hello. Sorry for the lengthy post. I'm looking for advice to move forward after yet another failed round. I feel so numb, I haven't even cried that much this time which is very unlike me. I do have an awful headache and can feel the stress running through my body. 8dp5dt and 9dp5dt pregnancy tests are

He uses magnesium and heat, a tens machine as well as massage, CBD and
acupuncture
. But nothing really helps or lasts long. Even had a cortisone shot in his toe a couple of months ago. But the constant dystonia has taken its toll and he's just hurting all the time.

Looking for an alternative to chemical thyroxine
I have been following a very strict diet for years (mostly raw/vegetables) which helps, and doing
acupuncture
, but i 'navigate' these waters completely alone, as my GP and the NHS in general completely discredited my efforts in this direction.

Between endometriosis and trying
I have been diagnosed with endometriosis for five years. I had two laporoscapies, one in 2017 and the second in 2020. I got married in May, and thinking that it was two years since my last laporoscapy, I had prepared for beginning to try for a baby in May. To prepare, I had stopped hormonal treatments

accupuncture for nausea/fatigue
My Carbo-Gem treatments are leaving me nauseous and exhausted, no energy. Has anyone tried accupuncture to counteract these debilitating symptoms? Thanks.

***Sensitive** Natural pregnancy after 4 IVF failures
I did however start reflexology once a week and continued
acupuncture
once a fortnight to help with everything and they recommended i track my ovulation by doing basal body temperature tracking, never done this before (just always the strips) but started this on my first proper cycle after the surgery

Acupuncture?
Sorry I can’t seem to search on my phone at the moment so I don’t know if this has already been discussed- has anyone tried
acupuncture
to help relieve MS symptoms? Read a little on Google about how it’s not a cure and meant to help alongside DMTs and such. No major studies done with proof yet.

Crocheting helps
I have tried iron replacement but not given it a long enough try, I have not tried
acupuncture
(not affordable) nor have I tried electrolytes or the Therapulse. I will try the electrolytes next and I will add iron for a longer duration before I give up on it.

Headache?
If two more hours pass with no relief I try
acupuncture
. Sometimes that works but sometimes not. I can't find a commonality to explain the headache. I wondered if the solitary beer at night was enough to cause a hangover.

Can Acupuncture reduce hot flashes
Can
acupuncture
help reduce hot flashes? Please share your experiences with
acupuncture
. I got a prescription for Megace from my Urologist, but haven’t taken it due to side effects concerns. Later, my MO prescribed Cancer-Center-preferred Venlafaxine for off-label use to reduce hot flashes.

Going out to dinner, it's been awhile!
Going for
acupuncture
this morning hoping that it helps and keeps me calm for the day. Going to also pull some relaxing techniques out of my tool box. Just needed to vent and share this morning. Please keep me in your thoughts today. I see this as a big step for me!

Hope when you feel hopeless
I took pro-biotic yoghurt drinks • I took CoQ10, vitamin D and methylfolate as opposed to regular folic acid • I switched to a glass water bottle, stopped heating food in plastic containers and tried to swap many household products for organic/natural ones (even my deodorant) • I went to weekly
