My tinnitus journey continues
I tried everything,
acupuncture
, supplements, hypnotherapy, diet changes and nothing worked. This went on for months and months. The main problem was sleep as I was getting about 2 hours a night, every time I laid down to relax I experienced terrible anxiety which made me sit bolt upright in bed.

2 failed embryo implantations but no known issues
We have unexplained infertility and have had 2 IVF cycles both resulting in BFN. Just before Covid shut clinics we had a fresh first round where everything was good. Great reaction to Stims, lining scans all fine 9 eggs collected all fertilized 1 wasn't so great so didn't freeze 1 replaced after 5 days

I had 3 days of IV Tazocin and sent home with a week’s course of ciprofloxacin, my breathing was no better when I got home although it is getting better by the day I have enlisted the help of an acupuncturist

7.5 years post-BM still in dreadful head pain. Vision & hearing now fine, but debilitating severe pain in head. Any suggestions please?
I have tried so many things;
acupuncture
, vitamin and mineral supplements (esp B3, Magnesium, Q10 and various others over the 7+ years), flotation tanks, acupressure, Reiki, meditation (which is relaxing but doesn't get rid of the pain). I also now have Pulsatile Tinnitus.

Really Tight Neck
My shoulders are also tight, I have a few spots (acne) on my right shoulder area which may be indicative of blood stagnation (I had
acupuncture
over a year ago which helped with this - Liver?).

Cycle not as successful as expected
This time I continued with all the supplements, healthy diet, exercise,
acupuncture
and ended up with a worse outcome than in Feb. Has anyone had a similar experience? Thanks in advance.

Acupuncture treatment and frequency for depression?
How do you approach
acupuncture
as a treatment for depression and anxiety? How is it different than how you might use
acupuncture
to treat chronic pain? In your experience, how often should one get treatments? I’m concerned about whether or not
acupuncture
is sustainable for me.

I take so many supplements, do
acupuncture
every 2 weeks, eat well... there must be something else that’s wrong with me. I want professionals to tell me, I don’t want to be suggesting ‘Maybe I should try Metformin, maybe I should do that. Please advice if you can

No periods after stopping the pill
The doctor put me on Norestherirone with little result and I have even tried
acupuncture
which did trigger a bit of spotting but not a period. Does anyone have any tips , anything I can try, hopefully naturally to get my period started again?
