Hello I’m Jacqui and I’ve had insomnia for over twenty years. I have tried everything from sleeping tablets to acupuncture. Six weeks ago I started this app.sleepstation.org.uk/ses... which has totally changed everything for me you follow a six week programme which isn’t easy but oh so worth it. You can be referred by your doctor.I had fallen into some very bad habits over the years and this programme has lots of support from specialist sleep doctors to help you reboot your sleeping. It is the best thing I’ve ever done.
