STATUS UPDATE
It has been a couple months now off prednisone per doctors recommendations. As a reminder, the Rheumy believed I did not have PMR despite the elevation of inflammation markers and the success of prednisone because I am 49yo. Since I have been off I have been in pain daily in shoulder, pelvis, hands

HRT stopped my migraines almost overnight (in case it helps anyone else on here)
Having basically lost my career over the last 10 years due to the intense destruction of chronic migraines in my life, and struggling to get through each day (and I mean every day) due to the constant crushing pain of migraines, I am posting this in case it can help anyone else. Unsure to be worried or not! Possible NAFLD
Hello, I went to my docs in October to ask for HRT and have high CRP levels which has caused all sorts of tests. They were 22 in Oct, 18 in dec and 15 in January. My ferritin was slightly raised (currently 163 should be under 150) but she said that inflammation goes together. There was a query that I

Back, Shoulder, Knee & Hand Joint Pain.
Hi, I had an X-Ray on both of my hands last April which confirmed I had Osteoarthritis in all of the joints in both of my hands. I have had shoulder pain in both of my shoulders for many years as my job is working on a computer. I started to have lower back pain in 2020 and always had pain in one knee

I have blogs of my own for my journeys so i won't go into too much detail here lol, but long story short, I struggled

Does anyone take HRT without menopause?
Following on from my previous post I've gone back over previous bloods. These were done 10 months ago so need re-doing but I'm wondering if the low estrogen has something to do with my short menstrual cycles and nonexistent libido. Does anyone here take OTC HRT? Is it something I should leave well
