Have any of you changed from another BTK inhibitor to Zanubrutinib?
Due to daily headaches from
acalabrutinib
, I have just switched to Zanubrutinib. Has anybody else made this change? Did it go well? Anything unusual I should be aware of? The side effects look the same except for no mention of headaches with Zanubrutinib.

Alcohol and Acalabrutinib
Can anyone advise me if I must abstain completely whilst taking
Acalabrutinib
. Really it matters not, my health is more important than any amount of alcohol. I shall ask my health care team once my tablets arrive.

Acalabrutinib anniversary
Hi everyone never posted before, never really needed to, as practically all my questions have mostly been answered in the feeds. A big thank you to all for your contributions. I was lucky enough to be selected for an Alcalabrutinib trial last August, only one of two in our NHS area. No real side affects

Given high response rates with ibrutinib,
acalabrutinib
, and venetoclax, there is no one clearly superior strategy or one-size-fits-all approach.

Acalabrutinib - effects of temporarily not taking it
So, if you do have to stop
Acalabrutinib
for any reason, be aware of the knackering effect that might kick in but take comfort that it'll go away once
Acalabrutinib
restarted. That was my experience anyway, for what it's worth.

Muscle Relaxants for Pain?
To follow up on the pain from
Acalabrutinib
and Venetoclax—Have any of you been prescribed a muscle relaxant to help with the pain? We are trying to explore if there is an orthopedic issue. I realize that we need to talk with his doctor, but just wondering what others have experienced.

Reduced dosing of acalabrutinib
I recently reduced my daily dose of
acalabrutinib
from 200mg to 100mg (half the manufacturer's recommended dose) due to a full body rash I developed during the first month of treatment.

Ibrutinib or Acalabrutinib
I questioned as to why not
Acalabrutinib
as i understand both are available in Australia on the PBS. He appeared not to be aware of
Acalabrutinib
on the PBS. I then adked should i have a new Fish test. HE said why would you want to put yourself through this again. Last test done in 2016 at dx.

Treatment advised (after 21 years w & w)
The consultant said if "I was his father" he would advise OB. plus Venetoclax. as he was concerned about long-term side effects of
Acalabrutinib
. I think I am willing to risk these as i don't have heart issues. As regards the issue of treatment sequencing.

Acalabrutinib headaches - on and off all day?
My husband started
Acalabrutinib
in mid April - 2 pills daily - and has been having lots of headaches…at random times. In the morning (coffee helps), in the evening before bed, in the middle of the night.

When do you start feeling better with A-brutinib?
My husband started
Acalabrutinib
in mid-April, and his numbers have definitely improved (and swollen nodes/spleen no longer bothering). However, he's still quite fatigued.

[/i] Evidence presented showed that
Acalabrutinib
