How many C25K-ers are doing Strength&Flex as part of their 5x50 challenge?
I've done bits from S&F mixed in with yoga on an ad hoc (now, what can I do next?...) basis, because I can't think where I've left the ipod! I like the way it mixes up different muscle groups.
I do it twice a week plus an exercise class with similar kind of exercises. I try to do a 5k walk the same day as I do S&F, as I feel I need some cardio exercise as well. Bit hard to fit both in tho'. I'm aiming to do a run or 5k minimum walk each day as cant swim or cycle!

I started S&F this weekend and I'm planning to do it 3 times a week as I up my time and distance for the 5K....hopefully it will work! I like the fact that there is some emphasis on the arms as the were feeling a bit lonely since starting the challenge....I have only mananged to swim once a week so need more arm work
