Amazing really, after just 3 sessions. Noticed it when I went swimming the next day: the usual weariness "barrier" after 10 lengths didn't occur until 20 lengths. Carried on for ages afterwards.
Was due to start week 2 at the weekend, but got struck down by some awful bronchitis/temperature/total shut-down thing on Friday and only now (Tuesday) have enough strength (and wits) to type this.
Maybe, just maybe I'll start week 2 today (or tomorrow), but I'm not going to force things... I realise the importance of a proper rest.

Con-Brio - your comments about St & Fl on c25k made me get the ipod out again. I downloaded the podcasts, but only ever did it once, while watching Laura's videos. Tried it with the podcast today, indoors for the exercises (found a better place for the push and pullups, against the landing bannister rails), but going out into the garden for some of the walking.
I didn't want to just do a long walk today, as my skin has flared up with all the cold so I think I need to protect it a bit.
I think I'll use this for some of my 5x50 challenge non-running days. 5x50 challenge starts Sunday - more info here: couchto5k.healthunlocked.co...
Thanks for the push! I'll see if I can keep it up this time.
Am seriously looking into the 5x50... that's the great thing about these blogs: we keep encouraging one another to do things we wouldn't normally consider.
