Now need to build up some core muscles and improve my flexibility, so this S&F lark sounds just right.

Haven't got any railings of the right height so, after a few experiments, came up with this solution... a wooden broom handle lying across two chairs, with me lying on the floor underneath and lifting myself up while keeping heels on ground. If I find it too hard to start with, I'll bend my knees and lift myself from the hips up only.

Good improvisation con-brio. You may find it a bit of a challenge but you could simply do less reps than Laura asks you to do in the podcast and build up gradually. Good luck!
