Don't have too much experience yet (2 podcasts) but yesterday I struggled with the hamstring stretches. My legs just felt a bit wobbly after the exercise before.
If you've seen Dodgeball, you'll know White (that's W H I T...E) Goodman loves the post-exercise wobble:
So far the sit to stands (podcast3) are the hardest for me. Definitely the one that I'm glad when its finished.
Sit to stands are great for lower body strength and balance - all good for running.
...changed my mind - bench dips are now the challenge (podcast4) and I see from the video that there's an even harder version to come. Just hope I can do it next week.
